These before and after pictures, tell the whole story. George has amazing attention to detail and expert skills. He's dependable and has a great work ethic. George provided us with a very fair quote and finished the work on time. He also made sense of our surround sound speakers and linked them to our new TV. I have already recommended George to several friends and neighbors. I will definitely be hiring him again.

I have been a Zirrus (FKA Yadtel) internet customer for years now. I have the fiber to the home…read moreservice. It has been rock solid. Great download and upload speeds. Outages are very rare. Service directly from the local folks out of their Yadkinville HQ is very good. They do outsource calls after hours and on weekends, which is less than desirable, but I haven't had to call them in years. The cost is very competitive to their nationwide competitors. If you have the option to get Zirrus for your home or business then I would highly recommend it. Great local company. Note, they also sell phones, cell service (through major providers) and have TV service. I can't speak for these products. Internet service however is second to none.

I made the appointment for installation, and the guy was very prompt and courteous. He ran the line from the box out along the road to the back of my house, using the already drilled hole from Spectrum to put it through the wall into my garage. He then ran the line to my living room. He asked me if I had any plans to reconnect with Spectrum, and I told him no. He said since that was the case, he would snip their cable and run his line through the hole in the wall of my living room, saving me from having a second hole drilled. Setup was completed quickly, and everything has been going smoothly ever since. I am very happy with the internet speed I get, especially with the price I pay. The only thing I do not like, is that they do not allow checking accounts to be used for one-time payments on their website, you can only set up automatic draft with your checking account. Luckily, there is a workaround by using your debit card to do one-time payments every month.

They took more than 2 weeks, were not communicative about the delays in getting the replacement screen, and actually never resolved the underlying issue. Upon going into the business the girl that assisted me at the window was disheveled looking and you could hear the owner speaking on the phone loudly bragging rather than helping his worker. She in fact needed help because she had to step away and ask him questions multiple times. Had he taken the time to properly assist her and I maybe the issue would have been resolved. For $110 and a couple trips and calls to the "business " my daughter was handed a phone with a replacement screen that still had a black screen that would not turn on. I would strongly discourage anyone from using uBreakiFix for MacBook repairs. In July 2025, I…read morebrought my MacBook in because the screen was broken, and I was charged over $500 for a replacement. After the repair, I noticed they did not install an authentic Apple screen. Instead, they used a cheap aftermarket screen that did not even include the MacBook logo branding that normally appears on startup. Only a few months later, the replacement screen completely failed. In November 2025, the computer suddenly shut off and the screen went black despite the laptop not being dropped, damaged, or mishandled in any way. It had mostly been sitting untouched. When I contacted the store, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, I was told that "MacBook cases can sometimes cause screen damage," which makes absolutely no sense considering the circumstances. For the amount of money they charge, customers should expect genuine parts, quality repairs, and accountability when something goes wrong. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel misled about the quality of the repair I paid for.
