My toilet installation was a little more complicated because they also needed to do some electrical work to install my Toto toilet. Unfortunately, during the process of running the wire they accidentally busted a 4 inch hole in my wall. They agreed to come back and repair the damage. Unfortunately, the paint I had on hand didn't match so there's a very obvious paint spot. Happy that they were upfront with their mistake and tried to rectify it though. The bidet attachment install went very smooth. It did have a minor leak which they quickly came back and repaired at no cost. Mike showed up during the window stated and quickly diagnosed the issue. He got the ice maker going temporarily then ordered a replacement part. The part came within a few days and Mike came back out and replaced it. I found Davie Major Appliance Repair to be professional and reasonable on the repair price. They told me they would start July 4, they began 2 days later. I waited around all day for them to show and I didn't even get a phone call. I figured they wouldn't show up on a holiday but you shouldn't tell a client you will if you aren't going to keep your word. I could have went somewhere fun with my kids instead. They do NOT keep you in the loop unless you press them. That is terribly frustrating when parts of your renovation are centered around the electrical work. The owner will press you for the money though. Dude followed me to the ATM to get the 60% deposit then demanded the rest before the final inspection was even completed. It took a while to get all the work done. The outlet box was fitted improperly so my husband had to fix it so there wouldn't be a huge gap between the cover and the drywall. I told the owner and he tried to blame it on my house's framing. Funny that the outlet directly above is laying flat and it's attached to the same stud. I might be female but I grew up helping my Dad do maintience work on a historic hotel. I KNOW electrical, plumbing, light construction, and car repair. You can't BS this chick. Personally I felt they should had been the ones to redo the outlet box and drywall but at this point I was done dealing with them. Then came the final inspection...we failed. They managed to wire up a basic GFCI outlet wrong. They came back out and fixed it and we passed. I am still however waiting for the main line into my home from the service pole to be switched by the energy company. I haven't heard from them in a week so I don't even know if they notified them or not. I would recommend them especially if your project is on a tight budget like mine but if it's time sensitive then you may want to reconsider.

PLUS who wants to spend summer with no AC? Not I! Melissa who always answered the phone was so kind and helpful. She kept me updated with the whole process. The techs came to our home and explained everything and made sure to get things done with great professionalism. They were also very kind and helpful. The ONLY thing I wish was they had to come back the next day to finish up some work, I wish they sent the same techs over. Only because they already knew exactly what was needed. I know they made notes on our file, but I worked at a HVAC company and we always tried to send the same tech to finish a job, but I also understand the previous techs might've had appointments the next day or ran over on a job. Either way it was great working with them & I will continue to use them for any repair or maintenance!
