Now they sent me a email. But they needed me to send them my email address and address. I got 3 issue emails. They gave me a list of available time to choose. But the time they had already given me was in the list. So I told them to give me whatever they had available. So they gave me a Wednesday. Dec.15th. So the Tech came on time. And started to put my Video Door Bell in. He told me he was almost finish, but when I looked at the box, a lot of the parts was still in the box. And the doorbell was not working at all.I ask him what about the parts left in the box. He said I have never installed one of these doorbells before.So after having to turn my power off 3 times. I showed him a YouTube video On how it was suppose to be installed.He looked at it and still couldn't get it right. Plus he wrote all over the instructions papers, so if I had wanted to sent it back I couldn't. So I told him to put my old doorbell back on, and pack everything up. Then I call the company and told them what had happen. They were very apologetic. They told me they could send me another Tech out on Saturday Dec.19 @ 9:00. Know Tech showed up On Saturday. HelloTech wanted to send me someone else, I said I am finish. I am not saying they don't do good work. They did not do good work for me. But as for me. I will never call them again.
