Shannon N. came to my house to quote the job. He was prompt and immediately was able to offer helpful suggestions of lighting placement. He explained exactly what the workers would do and how. He took pictures and drew diagrams so he could accurately communicate to the workers. He sent me a quote in a timely manner and provided dates of availability. We agreed on a date and the electricians were there promptly. They got right to work and were highly skilled and very precise with measuring and lighting placement. They also cleaned up all debris when they were done which was nice. For once, a contractor did an excellent job and did not damage anything in my house. While Welborn is not the cheapest, I actually didn't mind paying more for great service because it's very hard to come by in this "new climate". They were friendly, courteous, and very competent. I wish I could remember the electrician's name as he is a very competent and an impressive young man. The price was fair and I am very pleased with the installation. I had several competitors bid on the job, two were rude, two were greedy, and another just downright disrespectful. I was afraid of what the cost was going to be but it turned out to be just what I was quoted. My wife spoke with the office to arrange payment and she commented how professional the staff were. I am giving Beco 5 stars and a strong recommendation. If you have an electrical project just go to Beco. It will be done correctly, timely and you will be a happy camper. Bill in Mebane.

My toilet installation was a little more complicated because they also needed to do some electrical work to install my Toto toilet. Unfortunately, the paint I had on hand didn't match so there's a very obvious paint spot. Happy that they were upfront with their mistake and tried to rectify it though. The bidet attachment install went very smooth. It did have a minor leak which they quickly came back and repaired at no cost.
