We bought all our lighting through you guys and this is how we get treated for spending so much money with your company..We built our house through John Rosenbaum Construction and a few months after moving in our ceiling fan in the living room started making a clicking noise when it was turned on. It's gotten worst and its to the point of we cant use it anymore bc its so IRRITATING. We have called and talked to a lady at your store about it who promised us you guys would fix the problem or replace it . Then we would have to call back to remind her and we get the same thing that you guys would make it right . She even promised us one week that she would not put us off any longer and would be fixing the problem that week and that was a month ago. This went on for months and now we cant get anyone on the phone at all and there is no answering service to leave a message on to get through to someone. It's so disappointing bc you guys seemed like such nice people . Now we are to the point of not trusting you at all and would never recommend you to our friends or others building new houses.
