My toilet installation was a little more complicated because they also needed to do some electrical work to install my Toto toilet. Unfortunately, during the process of running the wire they accidentally busted a 4 inch hole in my wall. They agreed to come back and repair the damage. Unfortunately, the paint I had on hand didn't match so there's a very obvious paint spot. Happy that they were upfront with their mistake and tried to rectify it though. The bidet attachment install went very smooth. It did have a minor leak which they quickly came back and repaired at no cost. Really love the new toilets I have in my house now and everything is working perfectly.

When I hire someone, I want someone who can do a better job than me. When we first moved to Greensboro in 2013, we bought some ceiling fans at Lowe's and paid for the installation through the store. The price was fair and I was commuting back and forth from New York to Greensboro as I finished up my old job. Jason arrived as scheduled and proceeded to install the fans. We asked if they did TV mounting and some other items and off they went to do additional work. Back then they were fast, very fairly priced, and did high-quality work. Fast forward to 2021 and our new home. We hired someone else who did a bunch of work but they dissolved their company before they could do all of the work we needed. So we paid them and had about 7 things left to do. I called Heather, Jason's wife, and she arranged for them to stop by - if they could do all of the work that day, they would, if not, they would reschedule. They came, saw the chandelier we wanted hung in our very tall stairwell and decided for safety, it'd be best to scaffold it. Parts were ordered and I gave them a key. They arrived a few weeks later, went through my punch list, got 2 very large TVs mounted, the chandelier, made an outlet hot for an automatic faucet and they moved the garbage disposal switch to a much better location. They were just as good, if not better than the last time. Very satisfied and they stand by their work. Very highly recommended for home or commercial work.

They straightened up after themselves, which meant that when they departed, our house was litter free. This is the only electrical contractor I will hire in the future. The prices are reasonable with no surprises. I strongly recommend this company for any electrical work that needs to be done. Especially do I recommend this company for installation of ceiling fans, they get them up quickly and correctly, Because they get to work quickly and get the job done right the first time, I recommend that you get all your jobs done in one visit, as the prices are an hourly rate. If there were 20 stars in the scale this company would score 20.

They were attentive and patient hearing my desires and explaining the intricacies of creating this backup power source. I had done fairly exhaustive research for this project and procured the Firman Portable generator, the prewired Connecticut Electric 10-switch Transfer Subpanel kit including the 10ft generator cable and a transfer box plus an additional adapter pigtail connection cable to the 3-prong generator outlet.. They set to work immediately, got the box and feeder cable hooked up, got the box mounted after some creative coupling and proceeded to connect the appropriate power wires to the subpanel using a template I provided. This 3-man team worked efficiently and minor mounting issues were quickly analyzed and resolved. When I finally warmed up the new Firman 3200/2900 Gen and each transfer switch was enabled, each device or receptacle responded perfectly and we were pleased to have a perfectly designed and implemented 120v powered home as anticipated. So, let the impending storms knock out our power, we're ready. Sacrificing the 240v devices was a no-brainer given the unacceptable alternative - a whole house monster sized Generator, the excessive noise and a checking acct depleted by 5x the expense of this basic power setup. Thank you "The Bobbys" - Dave and Austin from Elrod Electric Services. Good job. Nice polite guys, respectful of our property and our health. We will gladly recommend your services to anyone that asks.
