Many others did as well but Josh was the only one who offered to come out that day and address (Sunday). Josh arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. He even had me simulate what caused the issue and looked over the other breakers. Ultimately, he determined we had a failing breaker and got us up and running Sunday until he could replace the problem breaker with a new one on Monday. Buyer Beware. My property manager had Peace Heating and Air out to look at our mini split unit…read morethat was not working. He presented us with a $4400 quote to replace the system. My unit was under warranty so I had my installer go and look at it. Peace Heating and Air had pulled out some wires so that the unit didn't work. My technician reinstalled the wiring and the only thing wrong with the unit was the remote. He reprogrammed it and now my guests have heat.
