But since they did not have one, they had to replace it with a newer model. This required replacement of the main panel and both keypads. All I am requesting is the cost of Second touch screen keypad, which would give me the same system I had to begin with. I should not be penalized for the fact that they do not maintain stock of replacement parts. They had more than made up the cost of this keypad over the 25+ years of maintenance fees. I have paid them without a claim.
