Wow! Amazing communication and stellar service from beginning to the end!…read more From the moment I booked them, the admin team was straight forward and kept in communication throughout. Now to the meat and guts, the 3 actual movers (Murad, Steven, and Elliot: pictured attached) themselves; just stellar on ALL levels!! They exemplified professionalism, excellent work ethic, and timely service. They went above and beyond!! They are what truly made me leave this review. Keep up the great work, for you gentlemen are to be more than recommended, but rather cherished, and commended by your employer, esp. on this local move. If I could give this company and its employees 10 stars I would, but for now the max of 5 stars will suffice! Happy customer here, for if you can't already tell, I most certainly recommend and will certainly use them again (hopefully no time soon; for who likes to move?... lol.

They loaded several pieces of large and heavy furniture and wrapped it in moving blankets so that all of it arrived in great condition. Russ and his helper (sorry I forget his name) were great at following instructions on which items to prioritize getting on the truck after it became clear that it wouldn't all fit. They were extremely polite, professional and packed the truck very efficiently and safely. Highly recommend!

I hired Haul All after they came out to provide an estimate, and I was immediately impressed by their thoroughness. They clearly explained what services they could provide and what precautions would need to be in place to safely complete the job--something no other company took the time to do. That level of detail is what made me choose them. The team spent five hours dismantling and removing a 10x12 building, which ended up being two full loads--a significant amount of work. Throughout the process, they were incredibly kind and respectful, both in our phone communications and in their interactions with my mom, who was onsite. Since I couldn't be there in person, they kept me updated with regular progress reports and photos, which I really appreciated. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, work ethic, and communication. Their price was beyond fair for the service they provided. I highly recommend Haul All for any demolition or hauling needs.

In one day, they packed up the truck in NC and delivered it to VA the next day without any breakage or loss. They even loaded my refrigerator on the back door of the truck so it could be plugged in over night for the next day's delivery with no loss of frozen food. All the crew members were respectful of our properties. PS: I do recommend a big jar of Halloween candy. It seems they each have a sweet tooth.

Terrible movers. I believed the prior posts on yelp and hired them…read more The crew showed up a little late. They immediately started arguing with each other. The arguments got so heated one of the workers left the site. They dropped furniture, damaged walls and trim work in the house where they were packing up and damaged trim work in the house that they were delivering the furniture. Hellen (the owner I think) tried to maintain peace but had no impact. The arguments between the crew never stopped and slowed down the whole move requiring two days to move. Without asking the moving crew went into refridgerators and pantries to get food. Used the microwave to warm up food without asking. Made themselves comfortable in the kitchen to eat lunch and never cleaned up. Smoked on the back porch and left ashes everywhere. Used every single bathroom in the house and broke a toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms. Several pieces of furniture were scraped up because of poor inexperienced handling (ussually by one person when two were necessary to move it). They scraped furniture over floors rather then picking them up causing damage to floors. They forced large upolstered furniture through door opennings rather than picking them up and angling them through the door. They used furniture pads that were old and dusty. They still have one piece of furniture that they are trying to repair. I have used movers over 15 times up and down the east coast and by far Byers is the worst movers I have ever encountered. I would not recommend using them for your move.
