It was a move from a 2BR 3rd floor apartment to a 3BR 3-story townhouse, which is a LOT of work, but they hustled the entire time. When they arrived (5 minutes early) they gave an estimate of how long it should take to load and how long it should take to unload - they nailed the estimates. Nothing was damaged in any way, which is unusual for a move. Also, the cost was quite reasonable. I would not hesitate to use K & M again.
