I think we arrived around 10 or 10:30am. we talked to the lady behind the counter, briefly. she said that they didn't have much ready, only these 2 dishes that I did not recognize but also could not catch the names of. my husband who is filipino also wasn't so sure as to what she'd said. hmm. nothing was ready. all the food that was out was cold and needed to be heated up. well, that means it was pre-made and wasn't fresh. the store, when you walk in, there are snacks galore. there are plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your food but without food we had no reason to sit and enjoy anything. this was a complete bummer of a visit, one that we'd made quite a long drive for. it was a huge disappointment. I doubt we will come here again but if we are ever in the area again, which I am sure that one day we will be. . . we will not be coming here just because of the SMH NOT GOOD experience that we had here this time. sorry but you need to get it together. the idea of your combo meals and things was awesome but it just isn't possible when no food is ready/available.

Met the owner, Grace. She is super sweet and welcoming. She is actively listening to customers feedback and now they offer Lechon on the weekends for purchase. The space is on the smaller side and there were two large groups. We were quoted 30-40 minutes but thankfully it only ended up being about a 10 minute wait. We ordered the lumpia/pancit plate, lechon, sisig, and bbq pork. We crushed this meal! We were so full by the end but everything was so good it was hard to stop eating. My favorite was the sisig and pancit, and the lumpia was addictive as well. The lechon was good even though there were a couple tougher pieces. The bbq pork was excellent as well, perhaps a tiny bit tough, but the sauce and char of the meat was perfect. The food came out pretty quickly and the service was great. I can't wait to be back!

Regardless, service was still great and food was received in a timely manner. We got pork bbq plate, which come with the pork bbq skewers, vinegar dipping sauce, rice, cucumbers and some lumpia (with dipping sauce) and we also got the small pancit overload which comes with lechon kawali and lumpia on top! Food was delicious and filling. I've been to the old (now closed) phoenix location, so I am happy the new location is open and in an area I frequent, which makes it easier to visit! 10/10 recommend! There's also a cute small sari-sari store inside!

If you love intestines grilled with fatty texture then this is a must for you. It's worth the adventure along with the famous filipino hotdog which most Asians who grew up eating as a kid. If you can handle eating kare-kare or Mexican menudo, then you'll love this fatty goodness. I did not know what pork bangs was until I asked what it was. Worth it! This alone gave this place a 5 star for street food. First Time Customer Via Uber Eats First Impressions This place is located at Highland Food Hub which is a commercial kitchen that has other food/beverage related businesses. Banana Turon- It's really good All Day Breakfast Combos- Good. Just for a quick meal. One egg not two. If you want something close to Midtown or Uptown filipino food this place is good. I haven't tried their other menu so I really can't say anything. As for value with two egg breakfast, stick with Halo-Halo on 35thAve+Dunlap $10.50. This place is closed on Mon or Tue. Check Highland Food Hub for hours. Their fried rice is huge(no photo). I still have to try it.

Sketchy area, dark street, u go into a parking lot, almost looked like a food truck parking, then theres a structure, no windows, only doors to go into then u see a keypad to press and gets confused if youre in the right place lol. What a trip. I thought I was in some kind of a prank to be honest. When I finally made it inside the guy looked at me and asked if he can help me, I asked if theres any filipino food available lol, he said nuhhh u gotta go to so and so street its really close, which I replied, ok thanks, and left.

I was so glad they made it out again as I had a great experience the last time. I waited about 30 minutes between standing in line to picking up my order. It was reasonable given the large crowd at this event. Their menu was slightly different than what I remembered on my first visit but nonetheless, I ended up ordering the pork adobe plate and lumpias. Now, they offered 2 versions of the pork adobe this time around - the plate and bowl with the plate being a dollar more. When I ordered the pork adobe plate last time, it came in a standard to-go box with the pork, rice, and 2 or 3 lumpias. What I received this time was their bowl and no additional lumpias beyond what I ordered separately (9 mini lumpias). I was confused when I received my order but I wasn't going to make a big deal over a dollar difference. The staff here was great and helped me pack my lumpia order into a box when I told them that I was going to take everything home to eat instead of at the event. Many of their items were served in small paper trays so this was very much appreciated for them to be able to help me bring everything home easier. The pork adobe was exactly as I remembered last time; absolutely delicious and tender. Sadly, I had a big bay leaf in my order and accidently started to eat it as I didn't see it. That was a not so nice surprise. The lumpias were really miniature but packed a lot of great flavor. If I can buy them on a regular basis, I would happily do so. I hope I can run into them again soon!

Calamansi juice is a rare sight so I was excited to try it. Instead, I got a 8.4 oz grocery can where calamansi isn't even the main ingredient. Even worse, it was at room temperature when the weather was hot. The BBQ skewer was cold and thus not very enjoyable. At least the lumpia was warm and crispy. I was supposed to get 9 but I really got 8.5 since one of the lumpias was half the size of the others. Overall, I had better value for food at other food trucks.
