While researching a reliable dash cam solution for my vehicle, everyone at Z Autosound was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding customer service. The installation was flawless, and the quality of their workmanship and attention to detail truly set them apart from the competition. The entire team, specifically Martin took the time to answer my questions, explain the system's features, and ensure everything was operating perfectly before I left. In an era when great customer service can be difficult to find, Z Autosound stands out. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, professionalism, and quality workmanship is second to none. Simply put, other competitors do not compare. I highly recommend Z Autosound to anyone in the market for automotive audio, electronics, security systems, or dash cameras. They have earned my trust and future business, and I will not hesitate to return for future upgrades and installations.

I've been here twice now. The first time, I had absolutely no problems. They installed two 10-inch…read moresubwoofers, wired up the amp, added a bass knob, and everything worked exactly the way I wanted. Anytime I had a small issue afterward, they were always willing to help, so I trusted them enough to come back again. The second time, I booked an appointment because I was having an amp issue and also wanted to replace all six speakers in my truck -- the two front door speakers, the two dash speakers, and the two rear door speakers. I specifically paid for JBL speakers all around. I paid $600 cash, which seemed like a fair deal, so I didn't think twice about it. They worked on the truck for about 4-5 hours. When I picked it up, everything sounded fine during the quick test before I left. But once I got home, my buddy pointed out a buzzing noise coming from the passenger side speaker. After taking a closer look with a flashlight, I noticed the speaker said "Rockford Fosgate" instead of JBL. That immediately raised red flags, so I decided to take apart the doors and dash to see exactly what had been installed. What I found was shocking: * Rockford Fosgate speakers in the two front doors * Kicker speakers in the rear doors * The factory OEM Chevy speakers still in the dash None of the speakers matched what I paid for. I went back the next morning and spoke with the owner, Martin. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed his technician and claimed they didn't have the correct brackets for the JBL speakers. Another excuse was that they "meant to tell me" they temporarily installed different speakers until the brackets came in. Honestly, it felt like they thought I wouldn't notice and only changed their story after they got caught. What blows my mind is that they gave the truck back to me knowing the work wasn't completed the way I paid for it. To their credit, they eventually corrected everything and installed the proper equipment, but the entire interaction afterward was uncomfortable. Martin kept giving me attitude and saying things like, "I'm your friend, I'm trying to help you out," and claiming he was giving me an "upgrade." All I wanted was transparency and to verify the parts I was supposedly being upgraded to. In the end, the pricing worked out okay, but the dishonesty and lack of communication completely ruined the experience for me. I should not have had to tear apart my own truck to discover that the products I paid for were never installed. I'll be posting pictures and videos showing exactly what was installed in my truck, including clear shots of the speakers that prove they were not JBLs. I would strongly recommend never coming here for absolutely anything. Based on my experience, I would not trust them again.

I had actually heard about this place from friends who recommended it to me a few years ago, and now I understand why. I was very impressed with the large selection of inventory and, more importantly making sure we were happy with everything before we left. The entire staff was accommodating and friendly, especially ALEX. He was very knowledgeable, took his time explaining everything to my daughter, and made sure she understood exactly what was being done and what her options were. The work was completed quickly, everything was done very clean and professionally, and a great deal. They even gave us a couple of T-shirts, which was a nice touch. Overall, we had a great experience from beginning to end. It is hard to find a business that combines good prices, knowledgeable employees, a large selection, and genuinely good customer service. I would recommend Bristol Sound to anyone looking to have this kind of work done on their vehicle.

The transformation is incredible, and the work speaks for itself. What really stood out to me was the entire experience. Alex and his staff were knowledgeable, honest, professional, and extremely easy to communicate with. They kept me informed throughout the process, gave me a great price, and most importantly, the workmanship was impeccable. You can tell they take pride in what they do and don't cut corners. Some said they couldn't do it, some shops didn't look like they would do a great job, but luckily I found Sorena on Yelp and checked out their work on their Instagram and gave them a try. Sam and his team were friendly and courteous right from the start. w We went over exactly where the cameras would be mounted, how they would be wiring it, and how long it would take. I am so pleased with the final result because the look is super clean, wiring was hidden and professionally done, and everything was completed sooner than I was anticipating. Their shop is very clean, which is always a great sign of people who are precise and pay attention to the details, and I drove away a happy customer. They also do other work/service such as starlights in the ceiling, interior ambient lighting, wraps, audio and sound systems, and they also carry dash cams as well. I definitely recommend them for their outstanding work and service, if I could give higher than 5 stars, I would.

The shop is meticulously maintained and has a vast array of tools, work bench areas, awesome LED ceiling lighting, a waiting area, front office and conference/training room. This shop and team of professionals are a class act. Arian explained the installation process and timeline and I was quite impressed. The Rolls Royce in the shop that was getting customized with lighting and sound was a testament to the quality of work that Arian, Sam and the other team members provide when you bring your car into the shop. Arian called me when the car was completed and when I arrived gave me a very thorough orientation on the features, modes and operational functionality of the new unit. Very impressive and truly a plus when you have such a professional take the time to show you the details and functions of the new unit. Sam was in the shop as well as was amazing. Great customer service! These guys not only know their business and have vast knowledge of car Audio and accessories but are transparent, kind and informative professionals. Sam showed me the lighting in the Rolls Royce and also a few options that can be installed on the Mercedes-Benz. I opted for the very nice AMG entry lighting. Very cool. If you are looking for the best in the business relative to car Audio, Video and accessories you must call Sorena Car Audio and speak with Sam or Arian. This is my second review which I am labeling Phase II completion, as I did review them previously after initial contact simply due to the professionalism, knowledge, customer service and other posted industry reviews. Sorena is simply the best and I highly recommend this amazing team of professionals.

I had received an after market back up camera for my Christmas gift and I was excited to get that bad boy on my car. After calling the shop a couple of times, we were told to head over since they were finishing up with another car. The location is hidden in back on Katella but if you just look for the side entrance with the huge signs, after you pass farmers' boys, you'll be golden. We were quoted $120 and in no way were we pressured to be upsold. He spoke how he had just done a car similar to mine and even let me see how the after market camera would look. I wasn't too happy about the location of the monitor but hey, at least I have a back up camera now! The total work took about 2 hours, a little over what we were quoted but all the greats were never rushed. I mean ... it took Michaelangelo how long to paint the Sistine Chapel? For $120, the work was done fantastically. He even found a way to hardwire the camera so I wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of plugging the power in and out. Thank you MJ! I won't forget your little shop & will definitely recommend to my friends!

The usual installer was off for the day but the owner said he could do it. Several calls to the regular guy yielded a poorly installed unit that now, wont show the backup camera, unless the system decides it wants to or it shows the backup camera view 100% of the time. The music fades in and out, the reception wont stay on one station. Sometimes Im even able to change the station using the steering wheel controls. Most times, not. Sometimes, I cant even change the volume of the stereo. All in all for more than $500, the installation quality sucks. Oh, lets not forget that everything I needed for online learning, etc, was thrown out by the shop including the remote.

However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.
