I called and spoke with Serra to schedule an appointment and she was incredible, explaining all the different tint options, warranties and pricing. She even explained the differences between the different tints and said when I arrive, she would show me the differences in person. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Lex and she was awesome! She was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service, by offering me bottled water, coffee and even a latte. As Serra stated during our phone conversation, she showed me all the different tint options and explained in detail what each option had to offer. She even went above and beyond and showed me a couple vehicles that had already been completed with new tint. This definitely helped me confidently choose the right tint for my truck. The waiting area isn't your normal waiting area at most tint shops or auto shops. This place is massive, with a modern design, open ceiling, polished concrete, lots of televisions, good music, air conditioning and plenty of leather couches and seating to wait in comfort. The attention to detail of the waiting area and business model that Mike's Tint Shop has, shows in the quality of work to whatever they are doing to your vehicle. What a great experience…read more I had messaged Chance in regard to tinting my truck and got a QUICK & CLEAR response! We had agreed upon doing "Llumar Air-Blue 80" on the windshield & Stratos 30 on the front windows.. (highest end of tint quality they offer) Upon my arrival, i explained to Chance that i am VERY particular about having a balanced shade all around my vehicle, with the front windows matching the factory tinted rear windows.. Chance pulled out a tint-meter & the rear windows read 25% factory tint... "Llumar Stratos" offers shades in 15% or 30%... Not 25%... Meaning, my windows would be either a tad lighter or darker... My heart wasn't sold on this... Chance told me that 25% WAS available, but in the "PINNACLE" series (one step lower, & cheaper) that sounded like a B i N G O to me !!! Moral of the story, Chance did what would make the CUSTOMER HAPPY FIRST, instead of prioritizing his margins ... iF that doesn't win your business, then nothing will. Anybody talking bad on this shop or Chance is a straight GOOFY. Clean spacious air conditioned facility (chairs if u need to wait) with clean restrooms, with free bottled water... "Cleanliness is next to godliness"... Clean Facility = Clean Work... The Air-Blue 80 on the windshield is SO SO dope! its POLARiZED! its like wearing glasses without wearing glasses ... Booking through Yelp was easy, and they were super responsive. I got a quote quickly, and the pricing was competitive with other shops. The front desk guy was really kind and helpful. There's a small waiting area with a couple desks, a couch, an outlet, and AC. They also provided Wi-Fi while I waited. After dropping off my car, everything was done in about an hour. Highly recommend this place for window tinting. I'd definitely come back if I need anything else.
