I'm 19 years old and was traveling alone from Philly to Hyannis, and I'm still not very confident with traveling on my own. What really made this experience so good was the driver. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and kind, but the driver especially stood out. He was a bald man with glasses and a big beard, and he was genuinely one of the sweetest and most caring people I've met while traveling. He was patient with everyone, calm, respectful, and made sure people were okay throughout the ride. That kind of hospitality is honestly hard to find nowadays. Usually traveling stresses me out a lot, but for the first time I actually felt relaxed and comfortable during the trip. He made the whole experience feel safe and easy, and I'm really thankful for that. So thank you again to him and the company for such a great experience.

After taking my callback number a couple times & still no word from the bus driver, the manager ensures me an apology should be fine as the bus drivers are understanding. I CALLED AGAIN after I heard from her school that the bus won't take her, the manager tells me to call back at a certain time to talk to the bus driver as they will be back in the building at that time. I called back on the dot & she sends me straight to the bus drivers voicemail. I called back asking to speak to the bus driver directly instead of going to voicemail & she tells me the bus driver has left for the day!! She had taken my number countless times to have the bus driver call me back, knew I've been trying to get in touch with the driver & yet I cannot get ahold of them!! I don't know what's worse, the management or the way this is being handled!!! Like the manager MARGE said "Kids are kids!!" How hard is it to call back a concerned mother??? Please make it make sense. If I could give this place negative stars I would! I've never dealt with such terrible service!! Needs new management!

I pulled over with my hazards and waved the bus to pass, meanwhile the driver pulls up next to me and yells at me saying the speed limit is 25mph and called me a "dumb fuckin bitch". I am shocked about the dangerous driving of a bus tailgating a car and the outrageous behavior by one of their employees. Not even sure if there were people inside the bus at that point!
