Unfortunately, one of the drivers made me cry on my last trip (12/2025) while I was alone on the bus, I'm not sure if he was just having a bad day, but it was a struggle to keep it together the rest of the 2 hour trip from Logan. I'm not even sure what caused it since I always have my ticket ready to scan. I'd never had a problem traveling with this driver before, and I've driven with him probably 4-5 times now, so I want to give the benefit of the doubt, but did want to address it given the distress and embarrassment it caused me.

Connecting didn't show up for at least an hour after it was supposed to. The lady at the counter was very vague as to when it was showing up. She said it would be 20 minutes late and when I went to get an update after 50 minutes, she and her coworker at the counter were nowhere to be found. I had to buy an uber to get to the airport. Very unreliable service and probably won't use them again.

I CALLED AGAIN after I heard from her school that the bus won't take her, the manager tells me to call back at a certain time to talk to the bus driver as they will be back in the building at that time. I called back asking to speak to the bus driver directly instead of going to voicemail & she tells me the bus driver has left for the day!! She had taken my number countless times to have the bus driver call me back, knew I've been trying to get in touch with the driver & yet I cannot get ahold of them!! The driver got me there in time but we drove a very roundabout route so I'm glad the trip was pre-booked but I don't know what I paid for. 15 miles within their service area should not have cost over $70.00 but when I called to check on this, I was told that a wheelchair van costs $60.00 + $6 for some other cost. That's $66.00 but the woman on the phone did not explain the additional cost, only cited the cost of gas. I fell trying to get into this vehicle because the running boards were both narrow & high. And while the driver was nice, the person didn't seem at all prepared to handle a situation like this, driving a wheelchair vehicle. Thank goodness I didn't do more than skin my shin. I have lived in Middleboro for years & used Bill's taxi many times, but now that it's apparently been sold to a larger transportation service, it's taking advantage. I will never use them again - whatever the cost of gas.
