Excellent for Pinball. Good value pinball. Food, decent. Beer, plentiful. Bartenders, friendly enough. It's still got a bad rep for old events but give em a chance. They have decent food but it could be better, beer selection is very good. Pool and darts as well. I wish they played closed captions on the television especially cause they got some good shows playing but like the sounds off sooo you're just watching it. Idk I like to watch a game between rounds so subtitles would be good. Thank you for maintaining the machines as well. Good place. Edit: closed captions are on so I'm happy

    Get your game on!

It's a dive bar. I like'm. Stiff drinks, good pool tables, lovely people, bands every-so-once-in-a-while, and no pretense.

Atmosphere was good. Played pool, darts, sat and had a few beers with friends. Good place to hang out after a long week.

I got a kick out of both Star Wars and SpongeBob being played on the bar TVs while we decided on our order! Loved the chill vibe here. We ordered pickle chips to split-these were INCREDIBLE-they came with ranch, and they were crispy and chewy. They were addicting, and not greasy, oily or heavy in the batter they used to fry them. These managed to be both filling and light. Absolute win. I ordered an ABV free drink, True North. This was one of my favorite drinks I have ever had. I loved this combination of lime, ginger beer, hibiscus and the Pathfinder Hemp & Root. This was my first time trying this line of ABV free spirit, and I was blown away. True North was refreshing, not too sweet, bubbly and bright. We will definitely be coming back-there were lots of foods and cocktails we wanted to try.

If there were drink specials that made more sense, I could see a legitimate reason to spend time here drinking. This Goblin would pass on the food. I don't come here to eat. The food: expensive for what it is. Long ago dear reader, this Goblin worked in food service. He can spot "ready-made foods" from a mile away. This place leans more "eating to satiate", than "eating to satisfy", no matter how hard I fight my Goblin brain. Each meal, I come to terms with the sucker I am for eating a $27 omelette before tip. Herein lies our problem dear reader. Do I want a hummus plate for $12-15, that is essentially a disassembled and then reassembled menagerie of pre-made product on a plate? Or how about a cup of some mid-gumbo for $8? As a Goblin I have eaten many old soups out of a dirty cauldron, but Mid-Gumbo tastes like how Jack Harlow must feel waking up and telling himself he got blacker. Concerning the food (and Jack Harlow), it's about more than just lack of seasoning.

These are the best cheese curds ever bc the batter isn't heavy like other cheese curds I've had. It's tempura battered so it's light and you can taste the cheese more. The jalapeño strawberry dip and ranch are good dips, but try them together and it will blow your mind. The fried green beans were okay. They did have a heavier batter on them and I wish they had the same batter the cheese curds had. The spicy dip was good! The rosemary popcorn was delicious! It had just enough butter and the perfect amount of rosemary where it's not overpowering. Once you get to the bottom, there's tons of butter and you just dip and soak it up with the popcorn. Also, PATTI was AMAZING!!!! She checked in on us throughout the evening. She's very sweet and I will be back bc of Patti!

Parking was free and plenty of it on the streets. I visited on Super Bowl Sunday, about 2-3hrs before the game to get seats. This was a good idea because there was only a handful of seats available. We were lucky enough to get a table for 4 of us. The hosts were very welcoming and go us seated at the bar when it was only two of us. When we informed them about an hour prior to kick off that we needed two more seats, they did their best to get us seated. It was very kind of them to even look around, let alone actually find us space. This was very much appreciated. The first hour or so, when there was only two of us, we had a few beers, the cheese curds and the chicken fried steak with potatoes. The beers were exactly what you think they would taste like and they weren't terribly expensive which was nice. The cheese curds were a great shareable item, good flavor and a fair amount of them. The chicken fried steak was good, nothing crazy, but not below average. Portion was good sand it was cooked right to have that nice crips on the outside with the gravy poured over top. I think the only thing I wasn't that big of a fan of was the potatoes, I should've opted for the tots or hash potatoes instead, but I'll have to try it again. Yes, I would recommend this place. Seems like a good place to meet with friends for a game and meet friends. I almost forgot to mention they have an outside area in the back was is covered so there's more than enough space to maneuver and enjoy your time.

And like 20 freakin pinball machines. However, the wings were a huge bummer. They don't have a fryer, so I get that you gotta do what you can. But I have never once in my life had a baked chicken wing that I loved. Soggy and sad at worst. Adequate at best. IMO just nix them from the menu and stick to the things that you can deliver on. Only reason for less than 5 stars.

Both Chow Fun and Chow Mein were made well, delicious, and flavorful. Overall, the dishes were good and made well. I wanted the portions to be a bit larger for the prices. We also got the Crimson Tiger Margarita and it was sweet, refreshing, and a good balance to the meal. It was a little bit confusing when we walked in because there was no one in the front dining area. We walked to the back and that's where everyone was. Our waitress and host were very nice and so accommodating! They answered our questions and gave recommendations for what we asked for. Overall, service was phenomenal. Good for small groups, a casual dinner, good drinks, and good food! It was a fun experience and very picture aesthetic.

As a BIPOC versatile modern artist that mostly works with modern hip-hop inspired sounds, I've…read moresearched everywhere for an open mic environment that welcomes all kinds of genres and doesn't simply cater to just acoustic & rock artists/audiences. I came here and performed three times, only to realize that the crowd including the owners/hosts were 90% just that, and I was the only musician there that actually cared for, or actually performed anything close to modern hip-hop music.... The environment as a whole wasn't extremely unfriendly, but I did kind of get chewed out by one of the hosts/bartenders who plays the drums for certain performances, for bringing in outside food, because he felt it was "disrespectful to their business/establishment," and I was told to step out and finish it, then come back. (I'm so sorry for wanting to eat something that wasn't included in your limited/bland options of food on your menu, while I idle and wait for the sign on list to come out. ) Mind you I've ordered food from here on my first time visiting, and it was not that impressive, or appetizing enough to make me want to order it again.... Despite that, I meant no offense by bringing in a small burger from a spot almost right beside the club, and didn't expect them to get so offended by it.... I get that you guys are trying to keep the lights on, but maybe add more items to your menu, and hire more/better cooks if you want more people to buy your food. Probably not the best idea to attempt to coerce what would be future customers.... You are running a cafe for crying out loud, remember that you need to put your ego to the side most of the time, and care for/cater to your consumers/clientele and what they want, if you want to succeed, and stay afloat.... That aside, the open mic experience as a whole was fairly decent. They let anyone perform, and it was a very talented crowd. Some of the staff admittedly even had some musical chops. Unfortunately I did not like the female host very much. She struck me as kind of stand-offish and arrogant, she had control of the stage lights, and tweaked with them, and made them change colors for a dramatic effect for performers she enjoyed, but she didn't do that little "light show" for me during my time on stage, I guess that explains that situation..... Regardless, I had no serious issue with her until I over heard her speaking with a group of people beside me in an ill manner about modern hip hop music, and referring to it as "mumble rap", claiming "it has no potential to maintain relevancy." That kind of annoyed me because girl, do you even know, or clearly understand what you're talking about? I can't fathom how an open mic host wouldn't appreciate nor respect all kinds of music, no matter how it is performed, or written.... Music is a vibration, it's not just words.... And all of it doesn't simply have to remain stuck in the method/tune of "hey there Delilah," or "my achey breaky heart," forever, to be "good" or "have potential to maintain relevancy..." the music industry/market is expanding, and progressing beyond that sound, and it appears that this place doesn't appreciate that, nor want to support artists who work in those kinds of genres/sub-genres. Again, besides the open mic having a fair arrangement, and audience, the vibe I get from the organizers/bar tenders & staff is very arrogant, and standoff-ish.... Especially from their drummer guy. Very rude, and weird guy..... I don't think I plan on returning.....
