When he took his next "mini lunch break" I got up and asked him if he was eating. He quickly tried to hide it and denied it. When he did it again I stopped the massage altogether. I spoke to the first desk lady. She apologized and didn't charge me anything. While I was talking to her, Wally tried multiple times to defend himself and I shut it down because he would flip flop between making excuses or just denying it saying he was only drinking sips of his soda. Crazy because 3 secs ago I saw a burger wrapper with fries inside before he threw it out. Eventually he got frustrated and drove off and left the place during his shift.... I wish I was making this stuff up.

Phone ringer volume is off the charts loud and you have to listen to it ring or her loud conversation with callers throughout your massage. She's a 1/5 but Ann and Jasmines massages save this place's rating.

He also asked if we wanted to be in the same room or separate rooms. We didn't mind either way, so we were put in separate rooms. The massage was fantastic. The masseuse kept checking in to make sure the pressure was okay. I really liked the hot stones, which were included in the original price. So relaxing! And the part where they cracked my back was super satisfying. I also appreciated the music playing in the background; it really helped me relax. Overall a great experience.
