As for the drinks, the blue ridge smoothie was ultra creamy and rich and the almond milk latte was nutty with great espresso. The sandwiches were amazing! The tuna avocado sandwich had so many crunchy veggies and high quality tuna. The Parisian sandwich had prosciutto and Brie, and was wonderful. All of their ingredients are fresh and delicious. I'm thrilled to finally have a healthy, yet filling restaurant on the Corner that serves both drinks AND food items! As a disclaimer, I'm not a big follower of the juice trend, but Corner Juice has a great variety of refreshing, seasonal, and high-quality drinks. Yes, the prices are a little steep, but I've found the taste of their offerings to make up for this fact. While the written-menu items are very good (I tried the PSW and really enjoyed it), my favorite drink is sold in the refrigerator is the Watermelon cold-pressed juice. The taste is really cleansing and refreshing, but hydrates and satisfies all the same. Now, to what everyone on a lunch break really cares about--the food. I've ordered many of the sandwiches as well as the Avotoast. I highly recommend the "brie and prosciutto" and "turkey avocado" sandwiches. Made with only the freshest ingredients on crispy Marie Bette breads, the sandwiches taste really balanced. The herb mayo on the turkey avocado and the arugula on the B&P sandwich add fresh and light flavors for a convenience, satisfying on-the-go meal. The avotoast is also actually really good; they flavor it with salt and pepper, olive oil, and chili flakes, giving it a great spice and seasoning to elevate the avocado and crispy toast. Texture? check. Flavor? check. Price? check-ish. On top of this, the staff could not be more friendly, and the ambiance is fantastic. Corner Juice has a lot more than just juice! In fact, I pick up a sandwich here probably once a week and have never actually ordered a juice. The sandwiches really are great though (the turkey avocado is phenomenal). The pastries and bowls are great too. The house acai bowl is a filling and healthy option. The atmosphere here is really cool. They play great music and I often study or do homework here. Corner juice also offers yoga classes, and although I've never tried one I think this really sets this place apart from all the other juice spots around. I was in Charlottesville for a week for a business trip and stumbled upon the Corner Juice cafe. I ended up going there four separate times during my stay because that's how good it is. The juice and smoothie offerings are awesome... seriously delicious. I also tried a panini which was amazing and on super tasty bread. In addition to the food, the atmosphere is Beautiful! Gorgeous hard wood and a zen micro garden. The perfect spot to hang out solo or with friends. The last time I went I noticed a large group leaving and realized they offer a yoga class!! A bunch of Yogi's appeared out of nowhere and lined up. Super bummed I did not realize there was yoga, I'll def check it out next time I'm back in town. This place is a gem, check it out!! read more

stopped by here today with my family because we were walking in 80 degree heat and i needed a cold beverage. come to find out a very small cup was $11.13. i was willing to pay the price thinking to myself ''this better be the best fucking drink i've ever had" it was not. shit tasted like watered down blueberries with unblended chunks of avocado. only benefit was it was purple. i've been mad at myself for spending ridiculous amounts of money on dumb things but this one takes the cake. my dear old cousin also got a 10 dollar immune system booster that tasted equivalent to spicy orange juice. it was advertised as if it was the cure to cancer. shit stung our throats and my stomach was in significant pain. i do not recommend this place. great customer service, the workers were very nice, they just have shitty, shitty products. read more

It feels like I get ripped off / scammed every time I order here. This used to be my favorite lunch spot. I used to stomach the $12 post-tax cost of their tiny wrap. The wrap I get has 3 basic ingredients- turkey, spinach, & "avocado mash." Lately there has been extremely little avocado, or none at all. For a tiny $12 sandwich (the size of my hand) with 3 ingredients, this feels unjustifiable. It is hard to find nutrient-dense "fast" food. My family and I visit Charlottesville occasionally, and I appreciated discovering Corner Juice's downtown mall location on this visit. The smoothies are absent of added sugar, and my four year old loved watching her smoothie being made with simple ingredients she recognizes and likes (strawberry, date, coconut water, etc.). The quality of the food is great and healthy, especially for an "Acai" or "juice" place. The interior is gorgeous and fun to sit in as well. However the portions are definitely on the smaller side (the bowls at least) so keep that in mind if you're looking for a big meal. read more

Brand new juice and smoothie bar in Charlottesville! My friend and I each had a smoothie bowl--I had the green bowl and my friend had the acai bowl. The decor was really clean and refreshing and the bowls were great. The green bowl was really smooth and not too sweet and creamy (presumably from the avocado). The fruit on the top was very fresh. Only downside was that they forgot the granola on my bowl and the mango on my friend's, but since they are only two weeks old, hopefully they will get the kinks worked out. read more

So happy this was the top-reviewed place on Yelp! I was craving a smoothie, and didn't know which spot to go to, and this ended up being perfection for me! They have bowls, smoothies, fresh-presses, and other yummies. I had a Colada smoothie, which was fantastic, an acai bowl (subbing granola for strawberries), and a beet juice. Normally, I'm hesitate to order acai bowls, because in this country there is a tendency to add sweeteners to the acai, and they become way too sweet. Here though, it's amazing! Not too sweet, and deliciously topped! Very cool Space, too! Loved the in-house grown mint and herbs, plus the yoga studio they have downstairs. One of the best smoothie places that I've ever been to. I am a House acai bowl and Corner Colada connoisseur. I also really love the turkey avocado sandwich, there is something about the lightness of the sprouts and avocado and the bread is toasted so crisp.
