Hours are never consistent, pretty much open whenever they feel like it. Not professional at all. At least update your business hours if you're gonna be open once a week. I moved to tujunga a couple years ago and have been meaning to try this place, finally did for the first time today and the food was amazing! I can't believe I waited so long. They're open for takeout only at the moment--I got two orders of yakisoba for my husband and I for lunch. The price of an entree is $15-$18 on average but given the quality of the food it is definitely fair in my opinion. Not to mention the portions are very generous. I got the tofu yakisoba and one order of will definitely be enough for 2-3 meals for me. Also, I've had tofu and cooked tofu many ways over the years and this is some of the best tofu I've ever had. My husband had the chicken yakisoba, he is one of those slim guys who can eat MASSIVE amounts of food and he barely managed to finish his, but he raved about how delicious it was shoveled it all down haha :) He is not a picky person but it takes A LOT for him to be impressed by the flavor of food. He will not say something is good just to be nice. So when he finds a food that blows him away as far as the taste you KNOW it's really good. I'm not vegetarian but I've been trying to transition to less red meat and more veggies/lean meats when I have the chance. Taste-wise, on the vegetarian side I feel like it can be hit or miss. However, whenever I want an amazing vegetarian dish I immediately think of the yakisoba with tofu from Corner Grill. The noodles and veggies are seasoned to perfection but the real star is the tofu - fried on the outside and soft in the middle, it's the perfect combination of taste and texture. And they don't skimp on the tofu, it's just as much a star as the rest of the noodles. I usually add a little of my own Korean hot sauce (buldak) and it makes it one of my favorite go-to meals in town. I haven't tried many of the other dishes on the menu. We did enjoy the spicy pork dish but I think they had to cut a few things during COVID so it wasn't on the menu the last time I went there. The place is a bit small and you know it's a mom and pop place as the woman in the front often is going into the back kitchen to help so just know that the service can be a little slow at times (just a product of circumstance). You may have to call a few times if you are calling in your order as well just because they are sometimes in the kitchen and not available to answer the phone. They are really nice people though and helped me out when they accidentally charged my card twice. They made sure to follow up with me and gave me a credit the next time I came back. My new favorite take-out place! I have passed by this place about a million times but never had stopped by. Looking at a couple of pictures I thought they only had burgers and fries but I decided to look at their full menu and noticed sandwiches too. I gave them a call and asked about a few of their options/ingredients. The lady on the line was very helpful since I was looking for healthier options and even recommended a bread choice I had never tried before. I ended up going with the honey turkey and it did not disappoint! I got it without bacon and am glad I did because they weren't light handed on the turkey. The ingredients tasted fresh and the whole dish was perfect! Also came with a nice side salad. What I loved the most was how easy it was to order. There was no awkward paper print-out that makes you think should I tip for takeout or not. They take your CC to hold your order and run it when you pick up the order and hand you a receipt AND the paper copy of where they wrote down your personal info (name and CC). Loved that! I am trying not to get depressed because I won't be seeing him again until Thanksgiving week when he returns from Indiana University. Food: 5/5 Stars I ordered the Korean BBQ beef bowl which was delicious. I need to start by saying I rarely eat beef anymore, but I figured this was their specialty and I was glad I tried it. I loved it and can't wait to go back. My son had the avocado burger and he loved that. Service: 4/5 Stars You order at the counter and pick it up when it is ready. I seriously need to stop leaving tips for this, but I just haven't been able to stop myself yet. The restaurant has a cheap banner as the company logo in front outside. I don't know if its temporary or not but doesn't look professional or appealing. The service isn't really what you would expect either, the atmosphere feels cold and sorta lifeless definitely not welcoming from the way I ordered to just simply waiting for my food. Also they only have about 6-8 tables so its really limited on seating here. Once my order was taken the cashier didn't offer any water cups just tried selling me soda with fries. I'm not really a soda just club soda or a coke time to time and I definitely dont need fries either. After I ordered about 4 other people came in with a rush and the cashier disappeared for a good 2-3 minutes which made one person leave cause they weren't patient enough to try the food! Wait is really long, no lie. To be honest it wasn't all that great either. Way too greasy for my liking. I couldn't even put my burger down on the plate cause it had a ton of grease oozing from the back end from the bulgogi on top. Oh yea forgot to mention I had the Korean BBQ burger. That thing is just hype too sweet and too greasy IMO! In the end I payed 9 dollars an some odd change and it wasn't good too much was going on. Also the patty was too dry and hard for my liking, I like chew in my burgers but not where its dry and doesn't taste good. Just wish it didn't take 25 minutes for my burger to come out especially when there is only 4 people waiting for food too. You would think that they are going to serve you fast so you can go and the rest of the patrons can eat in peace but nope def not the case here. The food would have been a million times better if they didn't drown everything in sauce . Literally drowning in sauce you couldn't even see the rice everything was red. Visited 4/5/2017 My dinner partner suggested this place, and I'm glad I listened. It's located in a sort of mini mall kind of behind the bank. Plenty of free parking. We went for dinner around 7:30 and most of the tables were already taken. After reviewing the yelp reviews, we placed our orders. While waiting for our food, we tried to find a clean table but there were none. Once the girl had time, she cleaned off all the empty tables. The burger my daughter ordered was enormous! Perfectly cooked. She couldn't finish it, so I was more than happy to eat it. My bowl was extremely tasty and filling, just enough rice was added. I saw someone order the noodles and we decided that next time we were going to order that because it looked like it was enough for two people. I think the prices are a little high, but it won't stop us from coming back. Many people called in their orders, and I thought that was a great idea because as it got closer to 8:30 pm (last order), the lines and the wait got EXTREMELY long. read more

This is gonna be a confusing review, just a heads up. I've eaten here for a few years and LOVE the food. The only issue is that my last visit I got the worst food poisoning of my entire life. I got the avocado house burger only to spend the following day callin out sick from work and spending it next to my toilet. I just want the owners to see this so nobody else gets sick. If we spend our hard earned money here we should be respected as so. The girl at the front is always so rude and has no respect for customers . Great food and lots of it for a fair price. I had the Avocado House burger and fries and it was one of the best hamburgers i have ever had. My sister had the Teryaki Chicken and it was great. The service was a bit slow but they are short handed like everyone else in this area. They restaurant was clean and well put together. I would seriously recommend this for anyone. read more

Review is not for the food but the service. Came in Saturday night along with 2 other customers. No one manning the front. Could see a lady in the back by the bathroom playing on her phone hoping she'd notice us. Nope. A guy came out of the kitchen to put food out and immediately ducked back in. A server finally came out and acknowledged us by commanding one of the customers "ok you need to wait outside ". Then she still didn't take anyone's order. Guess it's against the covid rules? Helpful cashier explained a lot of the menu to me. I was here on a Wednesday at 8:30pm... they take their last orders at 8:45pm at night. The beef Yaki Soba was around $13 and tasty. Also the spicy Korean burger with different cheeses was very flavorful. It's one of those that's a little messy but worth the trouble. Will definitely be coming back here in the future. We Stop by to try this place and had our minds and taste buds blown away! We tried the chicken Yakisoba and the noodles were just perfect, it had green peppers that I don't like but I pulled them all out (yes like a little kid, so what lol) I asked for extra sauce and it was just right all the chicken was tender and juicy. My girl had the Korean BBQ Fries and they tasted good.... the Korean BBQ beef was the best part of them... Our son ordered the Korean BBQ Burger... and this was the best thing I ever had... I almost took it from him. It comes with chipotle aioli but we had that put on the side and never used it. It was tasty all on it's own. After trying to call and no answer for a few days just to put in my order ahead of time I decide to go in. Well that proved to be a mistake. That attitude from the cashier who was obviously in a rush to get my order and get us out was sooo rude!! A friend went in with me and we literally were rushing to our wallets to beat each other to pay and I told the cashier not to take money from my friend. Called at 6pm tonight (Monday), they put me on hold for a few minutes. Took my order and when I arrived 15 minutes later it was just coming out of the kitchen. To the reviewer who gave the 1 star review because they weren't open or weren't answering the phone or open when they said they would be... wow really?! This is a family owned business trying to go through Covid - when I was there there was only one person handling the register and packaging the to go orders. Please be more compassionate of these businesses trying to get through difficult times, especially when their food is amazing!!! Now - the honest truth.... I haven't been here since March. And the food was even BETTER than I remembered. Everything was delicious, fresh and cooked to order. We had the Korean BBQ beef, Spicy Korean BBQ pork and Chicken teriyaki.
