I'm changing my review due to the last few times I have gone to this restaurant the service has been atrocious. The food was still good though, which is why I didn't give it 1 star. The last time we went was the worst. I ordered the Korean BBQ beef burger and made it a meal, which was over $16. My girlfriend ordered the smokehouse sandwich which usually comes on a french roll but we asked for sourdough to which they said okay. We waited about 15 minutes for our order. My "meal" which cost me about $5 extra than just the burger, came with, I'm not joking, about 15 french fries and the wrong soda. My girlfriend's sandwich was on the french roll and not sourdough... We both just decided to eat it, as is, because the young lady behind the counter was arguing with the cashier, in front of all of the patrons, about an order that got messed up. An older lady had ordered some food well before we got to the restaurant and apparently her order got lost some where. When she inquired about her meal, that is when the argument between the cashier and the young lady began. The lady just asked for her money back, but the restaurant held her hostage and told her to wait for her food again. Mind you, she had already been waiting over 30 minutes for her food, and it would take another 10 minutes to make, so she had to wait even longer. To add to the terrible service, they only give you 1, yes 1, napkin per person and their sandwiches are messy. When I went to ask for more napkins, they gave me 1 napkin. When I asked for more, the lady almost killed me with the glare she gave me. All in all, I will not be visiting this place again. read more

Will not order from this place! Called and the phone was busy for about 10 mins- then that answer and out me on hold by slamming the phone down and not picking it back up for 8 mins. I can understand and that they are busy- but 8 mins is a long time to hold. Really, REALLY loving this place, and it's a welcomed addition to an area that is otherwise wildly inundated with fast food up the wazoo. The quality and overall service are both on point each time I've dropped in. Delicious Korean BBQ fusion menu items with perfectly grilled meats, fluffy white rice, and super fresh veggies. I'm a creature of habit, so I've stuck to the KBBQ and teriyaki beef bowls on most visits, but the Korean BBQ burger was just insanely tasty and very satisfying. They also offer a nice selection of sandwiches, salads, yakisoba noodle plates, and some hefty signature fries. I honestly don't think you can go wrong with any of this menu. It's going to be good eats. Two words: growing pains. These guys can get a little backed up (because of the demand!), but they seem to do their best to get orders out quickly and efficiently. They're still relatively new to the area and getting a handle on their increasing popularity, so I applaud them for doing as well as they have as a small business. That said, calling in takeout orders is a hit-or-miss strategy. When they're busy, they are BUSY, and phone calls can become a bit deprioritized with a hungry line growing to the door. This can be a bit frustrating as a customer, but hopefully they'll work out their order process and find ways to both take phone orders and tend to walk-ins. Great tasting food with big portions! We were not disappointed. My family and I were on a road trip coming from the inland empire, we stopped by for dinner since this place had great reviews. We were a little skeptical because of the location and the size of the restaurant (maybe 5 tables?), but in the end we were glad we decided to give this place a chance. A great place to go for gourmet burgers with a little twist of fusion. We loved the flavors and hope to stop by again if ever in the area. The food here is delicious. The staff is friendly. It's always busy because it's awesome. I usually get the Korean bbq ribs bowl and bacon ranch fries as my staples. If you're coming here to dine-in or drop in for a to go order, come with the expectation that there will be a wait. The staff is doing their best to push out the orders as quickly as they can without sacrificing quality. I think the best you can do is order over the phone and pick it up. I was just here this morning and a customer was trying to yell over the counter through the kitchen door for napkins and mustard to one of the employees in the kitchen. Relax lady. She only waited a few seconds before belting out to the employee in the kitchen. When she came out, the woman asked for it again and the employee asked her politely to give her a sec and she would give it to her. The customer wound up getting what she asked for but had the gall to tell 2 other customers that the employee was rude to her and they need to hire more help. The food is honestly decent but their prices are thru the roof and the service isn't all that great. I don't mind paying for a good meal but there is definitely better for cheaper. Also, one thing I couldn't stand is that you have to pay for ranch on the side. My son had been asking to try this place out for awhile for some reason (maybe he liked the way the sign looks) and so we finally picked some food up for dinner. At first I was confused about the pricing, but once we got our food, I realized the portions are very generous (we had enough for lunch the next day). The Korean bbq rice dish is delicious, but the yakisoba noodles are bit lacking in my opinion and on the oily side. Overall not a bad meal, but if I do come back, I will avoid the off putting noodles and stick with the yummy rice dishes. read more

I always seem to lean on the veggie yakisoba but I have had a few other things. My boyfriend normally switches it up between their korean beef bowl, spicy pork bowl, or the option they have for those meats as burgers. Their yakisoba has a lot of flavor but if you like spicy head for the condiment bar in the front. Their meats are tasty with lots of flavor. The food is pretty large portions as well. I would have given 3 stars if it was for some delicious food. I've read all the reviews about how long the food takes, but I really wanted to try the food since a friend of mine recommended it. It was little before the lunch time but I think so many people have already placed their order via phone because my order was around 11:30 and I left the place with my food around 12:45.... Wasn't so happy until I tried the food and then decided to give a good review. Ordered chicken sandwich with advocado, which was great, but I think I'll stick to their famous korean sandwiches since chichekn sandwich is something I could make or pick one up at subway within 5 minutes. Also tried their Korean bbq sandwich and it was great! the sauce was just right amount and it wasn't too saucy. I think I'll probably order the bowl or a burger rather than a sandwich. Today I ordered a teriyaki plate with with double meet and with out any veggies or salad so they gave it to me in a bowl and I told them this isn't a plate and they said because I took out the salad and veggies they put it in a bowl for me so they can save there expensive Togo Styrofoam boxes. The food presentation was well thought out , the interior is nicely decorated & clean while the staff was friendly but their charbroiled beef is/was not fresh, had a horrible taste lacking any flavor & I didn't feel well after. What a hidden gem we were fortunate to come across after a hike in nearby La Tuna Canyon. Free parking in strip mall lot where it is located. Small dining area. Clean; one gender neutral restroom; order at register and pick up food at counter. The food was delicious- I had a shrimp Yakisoba bowl and the amount of jumbo shrimp was generous. Hubby had an avocado burger which was cooked perfectly to his liking and was huge that he needed a knife to cut it in half! The fries were cooked just right and weren't overly salty like other places and were a nice steak cut type fry. Cashier who took order seemed a bit anxious- it was a steady stream of customers but he gave off a manic rushed energy- he was courteous and maybe just trying to do a great job but he needed to relax. Called in made the order ,pick up the food lady at the counter charged me 30 bucks. Came home thought that maybe i saw the wrong menu. Looked again same price. Called the lady shes telling me menu has changed and only menu that is updated is on instagram. What happens when people dont have social media or instagram. Then the second excuse is prices have gone up due to the pandemic, then it changed to taxes.
