Chicken Cordon blu
Ronald Z.

The place is great but the only reason I'm giving it a 3 star is because the Chicken parmigiana I had was not fresh. Last time I went there I got the same thing. It was perfectly cooked , crispy from the being breaded and fried, juicy from being cooked right. Presentation was great. You can tell it was made fresh to order. This time I had it , you can tell it wasn't made fresh to order. It was soggy and not very juicy. I don't know if it's a new cook or the chef is getting lazy. My friend got the chicken cordon blu, same thing but presentation was ugly. They need to go back to basics and make fresh to order.

Irish Egg Rolls. Reuben in an egg roll. Actually really delicious! 3-17-2017

It's all about the food & simple adult beverages. Both are always consistently good. My girls treated me to drinks & a snack in some girl catching up time. This place is great for that kind of stuff. No one ever rushes you from the table or bar. Great neighborhood spot. 7-15-2017

Baby Clams Over Linguine

Had a night out with family. It was a lovely time with lovely food. Very classic American menu with lots to choose from. I was trying to be healthy at the time so I got the salmon burger; it was not the best, but the appetizers were amazing and my family's pasta dishes looked incredible!

I've been hearing about this spot forever. My sis and i havent seen each other in a minute due to the nonstop Wu Flu shit so we finally made a plan to go grab a bite today before King Cuomo closes everything down. We had a wonderful server. She was awesome. We started with baked clams and Kellie had wine i had Diet Coke. I got the burger w ff and brown gravy on side. She got bacon cheeseburger with coleslaw on side. Both were cooked perfectly and delish. I could only eat half cause they give you free salad as well so i will enjoy it later tonight or tomorrow for breakfast. They all wore gloves and masks etc and were super careful with social distancing. We had a lot of laughs and im sure applalled the people sitting behind us with our raunchy stories. Thank for lunch Kellie and we will be back asap.

Chicken Mozzarella Melt

This place has made so many improvements since my initial review from 2012. From the awesome entree's to the wine and beer this is our go to place. The service is friendly and chef/ Owner Rusty makes eating a wonderful experience. The same be said for Owner/bartender extraordinaire Gerry, who makes the experience worthwhile. We are a regular at this eatery and the following pictures are a testament to our devotion.

Complimentary white sangria pitcher
Joanne P.

A pitcher of sangria with my meal...not sure if I could even invent a problem with that! We came here on a Saturday night after a long day of moving with some friends, place was crowded but not so much that there was a wait! We were immediately greeted by multiple staff members. We got a complimentary salad for the table...nice change from the usual bread baskets! I ordered the roast beef melt on garlic bread with mozzarella and a side of fries with white sangria as my beverage choice. The others got burgers and beer pitchers. Nobody had a complaint about the food, the portion sizes were huge and the prices were reasonable. Dessert sounded good but we were stuffed! I would definitely come here again tho!!

It's nice to go to someplace new to me. It was hard to find parking because of all the snow from the 3rd snowstorm that is still not clearing the streets and sidewalks. Hubby dropped me off and found one. It's a kitchy looking place with many TVs and multiple levels. The door to the place looks like an English phone booth with 2 dialup phones in the entryway. Our waiter Joe was very nice. The girl who sat us gave us our menus right away. I had to wait for hubby to park, but I had time to look over the menu. All the choices sounded good. Hubby wound up with a Spinach Benedict with Roasted Tomatoes with nicely Crispy fries and a lemon Benedict sauce to die for. I got a Avocado Toast with Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onions on whole grain toast. The Arugula salad that was also on the plate was covered lightly with a lemony dressing. I added Cholula Sauce and it was so good. Another point I'd like to make is that the bottles of hot sauces were clean with no cruddy tops. That turns me off so good for them. I would definitely go back.

It was basically a deconstructed sandwich. Good flavor overall - could've used a little more pesto, but the mozzarella tasted fresh and was soft. Service was not the best, but I'll still go back when in the area.

The potato chips w garlic aioli was also great. The house salad was HUGE and was plenty to share with 2 or 3. Parkview's sandwich game is on point! The Reuben is HUGE, corned beef is nicely shaved so it was easy to eat. The French Dip also had the beef shaved down nicely, perfectly balanced sandwich served with an excellent au jus! The blue burger was cooked perfectly with a bun that can handle all the meat along with the blue cheese, bacon jam and frizzled onions. Again the portions were all huge and we took home 4 heavy containers of leftovers that we all look forward to enjoying again tomorrow. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. All the staff were very nice. And while the restaurant was busy on a Friday night, the noise level was very tolerable. Lots of families as the menu has plenty but not too much but all the classics. I would like to try their chopped cheese next and their Philly cheesesteak, both look great. And the Mac n cheese looked legit as well. Can't wait to come back!!!

He asked for some more on the side and they accommodated. Service was great and the drink were delicious I had a spicy marg. I would definitely go back.

So this past Sunday we checked the website and the Sunday Family Day specials were still listed. Our family went to celebrate a birthday and planned on ordering off that menu. After being seated I noticed we were missing that menu so I asked our server and was told, they no longer offer that menu. We were all seated and had started ordering drinks by that time so we stayed. My disappointment and frustration is the menu was and still is today as I write this, listed on the website. I believe the menu should have been honored since the restaurant is still advertising it and the same entries are and were still be offered, just at a higher price.

We went early because we were seeing a show. 5:30 pm on a Friday. So restaurant wasn't busy at all yet. What was a little frustrating was that waiter came over three times to get main dinner order. I don't understand the rush. We were eating the appetizer and almost done. No indication that we were in a rush. Yet he felt the need to come over again and interrupt to get the dinner order. As opposed to letting us finish the appetizer, clear table. And then come back. I know it's ingrained to flip tables. But come on. Otherwise. Highly recommend

I reached out via email and was responded to by Claudia, who made everything such a breeze. For the group size I had I was given options for a 3 course meal plus 2 hours of brunch drinks for $55 a person. The children in the party were given their own menu and were charged $25 which, especially these days, was a great deal. They printed special menus and allowed me to bring in some decorations as well which was appreciated. I paid the $25 cake cutting fee and they made it so special by putting in not only the candles and toppers I provided but also a sparkler which was very nice. For food our menu was fried mozzarella, buffalo chicken egg rolls, and donut bites to start plus the amazing bread they brought to the table. For entrees the 4 options were the chopped chicken and feta salad, penne Ala vodka, French toast, and avocado toast. Everyone enjoyed everything, especially the salad! The kids got buttered noodles, Mac and cheese, and chicken fingers. All was very good and portions were plentiful. They provided cannolis and then served up the cake. It was great. The bloody Mary, mimosa, and sangria were also very good. Our server was a sweet young girl who worked very hard for us. I can't say enough good things shout out experience this time around!

This place is described as tapas-style, so some dishes are on the smaller size, but the more expensive dishes are full portion: the burger, chicken, pasta w/crab, etc. Seems they also change their menu very regularly, as I saw some fantastic looking things in the pictures here, none of which were on the menu. On the more expensive side price wise, and there is a full bar and bourbon selection to punch it higher. Tried a few things, some I'd skip if I came back, but also a few things I'd like to try that I didn't get to. Skippables include the Gouda Gruyères: onion soubise and the cacio e pepe, both underwhelming and more expensive than it should have been. I also tried the gem salad, chicken wings, the rigatoni with sausage and broccoli rabe, and the flan for dessert. Flavors were good, the wings were very heavy on the salt but had good flavor, and everything else was covered in tons of cheese, from the salad to the pasta, it was a lot. Service was quick, waitress friendly. People in the area seem to absolutely love this place and overhearing people talk, there's nothing bad on the menu, and the corn agnolotti was delicious (I was sad to have changed my order, this is what I was originally going to get). Interested in seeing a fall menu for this place!
