    Berry Hibiscus Espresso Tonic

One of the better espresso tonics in the Twin Cities, and a cute little space in Uptown - it's worth navigating the construction on Hennepin. Nice friendly staff, too.

Plenty of paid street parking! The coffee and service were great. First Americana we have gotten that did not seem to watered down! The barista's were really great even explaining the process of latte art.

I always judge a coffee shop by one question: would I spend a whole rainy day there? This one definitely passes the test!! Street parking in front of the entrance OR lot parking off of Hennepin Ave! The space itself is a vibe...plants, borderline industrial, and plenty of different seating options! Service was super friendly! I almost exclusively order signature lattes at new establishments and Corner Coffee's Gingerbread Latte did not disappoint! Perfect post-holiday flavor and a lovely way to kickstart my Monday!!

Such a cute little coffee shop in Minneapolis! I came here to study for a couple hours with my friend. I got the iced vanilla latte and loved it! There's plenty of tables and the cafe is quite spacious. The baristas bring your drink/food to your table when it's ready. They send coupons and special deals via email about once a month. Overall rating: 10/10

Asiago Bagel with Cream Cheese ($4.00) S'mores Latte with Oat Milk 12oz ($8.50)
    Megan M.

I ordered a 12oz iced s'mores latte with oat milk which was $8.50 (the oat milk was a dollar extra) and a Asiago bagel with plain cream cheese for $4.00, they were both delicious. The latte was creamy and tasted like graham cracker and chocolate, there were mini marshmallows on top. The bagel was served toasted and came with a lot of cream cheese. The space is good for doing work because there are plenty of outlets against the walls. There is easy, free parking on the street.

I decided to check out my favorite Mpls coffee hang out. Great coffee and friendly baristas. And a coffee table made out of old espresso machine, I loved it.

Their cold brew & sandwiches are amazing. Also love the morning pastries. There's free WiFi, plenty of tables and couches, wonderful staff. A favorite coffee shop of mine for sure

Cozy bustling coffee shop. There were lots of people in the sitting area working on computers. They have a small selection of plants for sale. The coffee was rich in flavor and had a bold roast. The staff was efficient and made a beautiful design on my latte. I would recommend this place for quiet work during the day and not for families with loud children.

One of my favorite coffee shops in uptown, the hospitality is second to none. This location is very spacious, good WiFi so it's a great location for studying. Delicious coffees and seasonal drinks and I've even ventured onto the sandwich menu. Parking is available in the back but there's also street parking.

Great breakfast bagel sandwich and coffee drinks. My favorite is the Nordic latte! Vibes are great - lots of plants, upbeat music. Friendly and quick service. Pro tip- order online at least once and you will get some coupons emailed

Perfect place to work! The housemade chai eggnog drink was incredible. Wifi was strong and it wasn't loud in the middle of a Thursday.

I'm a big fan of Corner Coffee's drinks! I usually go to the North Loop location, but decided to check out the one in Uptown. There was a ton of seating, and there were many people working inside. It had a very cozy vibe with all of the plants. I ordered their seasonal gingerbread latte, and like all of their seasonal drinks, it was delicious! One of my favorite coffee spots in Minneapolis.

Cappuccino! The barista told me to take a picture because it's one of her better foam art jobs!
    Marie C.

This is definitely one of my go-to coffee shop for getting work done in Uptown! I like that it's quieter, really spacious, the baristas are super chill, and the coffees great! Its on a side street so that makes street parking easier! I always walk here but it's still easier to get to than waiting for a ton of crosswalks. The baristas are always really friendly, chill, helpful, and funny! Their coffee selection is wide and they offer a wide range of teas as well. One of my favorite parts of Corner Coffee is just how large it is, it feels very open and like you can actually breathe! The tables aren't super close together unlike most other Uptown coffee shops. It's a pretty quiet atmosphere but not too quiet, it's definitely a good spot to catch up with a friend!

The miso cortado was delicious and really stood out, and they have a great variety of specialty drinks. The service was also extremely kind and welcoming, which I genuinely appreciated. That said, the space didn't quite live up to the hype. The location felt a little unfinished. Minimal decor, unfinished flooring, and no truly cozy seating made it feel less like a place you'd want to settle into for a while. While they encourage people to linger and don't offer Wi-Fi (which I respect), the ambiance doesn't quite support that intention. It felt more like a quick in-and-out stop, even though that doesn't seem to be their goal. The atmosphere was chill, with vinyl records playing in the background, which was a nice touch. I just wish the overall design and seating matched that relaxed, stay-awhile vibe. Great coffee and kind staff, but the space itself didn't fully align with the experience I was hoping for.

They have a lot of super intriguing drinks that I can't wait to get back and try, but I had to have the black coffee for my first stop. They only do pour overs and mine was great. And so were the beans I took home. It's really nice to see a coffee shop that cares about their beans more than syrupy drinks. The shop itself is small but has some nice seating options. One thing to note is that they don't have WiFi so this place isn't really meant for the work from home crowd. I can't wait to get back here

I came in the middle of the day, so there were only a few tables occupied, so it was very calm--balm for these times. The house that the coffee shop is in is beautifully preserved--anyone who has been in a home of this area and era will immediately recognize its characteristics. It feels an awful lot like walking into that house where you spent so much time when you were growing up. From the tile in the bathroom, to the ceiling, to the layout, to the dark wood, it's like walking smack into your childhood safe place. The coffee is absolutely delicious (and the espresso machine pretty as can be). Smooth as silk and without a hint of bitterness, it's just as comforting as the environment and just as pleasant as the wonderful person who served it. Absolutely recommend this place. So when I passed the sign here that said "Warm Scones, Great Chai", I knew I had to try it! It's located kitty-corner from Isles Bun & Coffee, so you can always pick up more pastries from there after if you're not feeling like having a scone. We were the first customers of the day, and the gentleman that opened the door for us was very friendly. I think the interior was very cute, it was very cozy and has a homey vibe, but with seating that looked like it was from a Marie Calendars or Bakers Square. It was super quiet in there, no background music. I was kind of afraid to talk and felt like I should whisper like I was in a library. I got the Uncommon Chai and a chai scone. While the scone was ok, the chai was underwhelming. It just tasted like hot milk with a sprinkle of chai flavors somewhere in there. I could barely taste any cardamom, cinnamon or clove as is common in chai. I would say this is probably a MN interpretation of chai, definitely not authentic. Kind of like my family's former Chinese restaurant in southern MN. Not authentic, but rather a Midwest version of Chinese food. The cafe is in an old house, so this place is not wheelchair accessible from what I could see.

I know firsthand that coffee is king in Panama, so I figured anything inspired by their incredible coffee culture had to be worth trying. I visited Curioso on an early Sunday morning and immediately found it special. Not just for its coffee, but for the ambiance, service, and overall vibe. Curioso is a large, welcoming space that's part coffee bar, part brewery. I was immediately impressed by the variety of entertainment for all ages: arcade games, pool tables, dart boards, a skee-ball machine, board games, and even claw machines. Seating options are abundant, from cozy couches to tables and high-tops. There's a toddler play area and a library filled with books for all ages. The space feels family-friendly and is warm, welcoming community gathering space for all. I noticed flyers for free community events Curioso hosts, like Sunday Morning Yoga and Tuesday Trivia nights. The service was equally warm! The barista, although managing a busy Sunday morning solo, took her time to explain coffee options, highlight weekly specials with her own recommendations, and describe the pastries in partnership with Fruit & Grain and Bagels from St. Paul Bagelry. Oat milk is the standard for all their drinks! (Which I loved) We tried two speciality lattes: the "Butter Luck Next Year" (iced) and the "Blue Ribbon Peach Pie" (hot). Both were exceptional! Strong, robust, and delicious. Alongside, we also enjoyed an "Everything" handpie and a "Blueberry Lemon Curd" pop tart. Both pastries were out of this world delicious! I loooooved this pairing. I'm a sucker for savory, so the "Everything" handpie reigned supreme for me. Although I don't have a fur-baby (yet), I would like to include that Curioso is fur-friendly. I think Caffetto kind of corners a market that no one else has by being open so late--most coffee shops are barely open past noon, and they're open until midnight! I've personally spent many a late night there finishing up work--it's a really cozy atmosphere, and the selection of pinball machines in the basement are the perfect study break activity. The staff are all great and even when there's a line, they get through it quick and are still able to offer great recommendations--while I usually prefer an iced green tea with no ice, I've tried the lattes, cold press, Thai coffee, and hot chocolate and have genuinely never had a bad drink here. The only thing is to make sure you watch your step if you're walking in the basement--even though it has seating and pinball and the bathroom, it's more of an unfinished space with uneven flooring and I personally rolled my ankle and fell there last year haha.
