His conversation was laced with profanity and we had children with us. Completely unwarranted. We paid for our drinks and left rather than be subjected to his barrage. Neighboring tables experienced the same attitude and another couple walked out with us. Complete shame as we understood that the food was excellent. The two members of our party that were repeaters acknowledged a similar though less traumatic experience with the same waiter on their prior visit, sharing that it was earlier in the day and he wasn't as belligerent but odd and off putting. I hope management corrects the situation before they lose too much business at the hands of this staff.

We were given pretzels and a cheese sauce while we perused the menu. We opted to share the red fish with mashed potatoes and a crawfish sauce with some white wines. Dinner was delicious, service was quick and the atmosphere was perfect. Personally, I thought the fish was a little too salted, I would've preferred no salt and salt on the table. We were with our dog and had just finished doing some sightseeing so we wanted to get back to our rental to eat. All of the food was awesome! The wings were absolutely delicious! Wings are a staple of my wife's diet when visiting a pub/bar and I will say confidently these wings were the best I've ever tasted (across the country). If all wings tasted this good then I'd eat them all the time too. Perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and plenty of meat on each wing. They literally didn't need sauce. The pizza was equally as good, and I'm unashamedly snobby and critical about pizza. Admittedly, the only thing that may put people off is how greasy they are. I literally had a grease stain on my pants after resting the box on my lap for a couple of minutes on the ride home. But that aside, the flavor of both pizzas was fantastic! Perfect amount of cheese, a great tasting sauce, and a perfectly charred crust that wasn't too thick or too thin (although you will need to fold it to eat it or the slice will flop downward from the weight of the cheese). If you love pizza and wings, then eat here. As an aside, I've also had their beer, which is served at the property we were staying at, in Vicksburg. The Mr. Sippi is a very drinkable Pilsner. So all-in-all, you can't go wrong here!

Upon walking in, we were greeted by a very friendly dog. I'm not sure who she belonged to, but she was precious. The bartender was pretty friendly and the music being played on the jukebox was great too, just what you'd expect for the area. Beers here were a little pricier than you'd expect from a hole in the wall, but everyone here is so friendly. It's not everyone's scene, but it seems like more locals than anything come here.
