I reached out on Sunday about ordering a birthday cake for my daughter and was told they had availability. Because I was flexible on the design, I gave them creative freedom and was told they would follow up on Monday with the vision their pastry chef came up with. After not hearing anything, I had to reach out myself, only to be told they got busy, forgot to respond, and are now too booked to take my order for Friday or Saturday. The most frustrating part is that I relied on what I was told and lost several days that I could have spent finding another baker. I am now left scrambling right before my daughter's birthday because of their lack of communication and follow through. I understand that businesses get busy, but this was handled poorly. If they had communicated sooner, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, I am left in a stressful position at the last minute. Based on my experience, I would be very careful about relying on tentative availability without getting a firm follow-up.

We had an exchange of words and she then realized she was in the wrong and payed for the missing day she didn't want to pay. This lady acts nice and claims she is good. From working here my mom tried to clean as much as possible as she would notice pests and mold around. Her husband sleeps in the back room. If you are a daughter to immigrants you would not support people like this. This lady was rude and disrespectful but acted like a sheep in wolf's clothing. My mom's last words to this lady is that their business flourishes. If I could give this business a 0 star I would. If she doesn't get her way she claims you're an immigrant and will call the police on you. What a sad and pathetic person you have to be.
