What makes this even more ridiculous is that she didn't tell us until we were already at the kiosk, wasting our time when we could have been informed as soon as we walked in to wait back of the lady in front of us. On top of that the lady was rude AF about it. When I asked her what time do they close because it's not 8 o clock yet? She just said no, we are closed and then walked away. Why were they able to place an order at the kiosk but say they're closed? So which is it? Are you closed, or are you still taking orders? Why turn customers away 5-10 minutes before your advertised 8PM closing time when other customers are apparently still allowed to order? If your posted closing time is 8 PM, then you should be honoring that time and providing consistent service to customers who arrive before closing. Why would you turn away a paying customer? It's incredibly off putting to experience this kind of treatment, especially from a business we genuinely enjoy and actually come to often. Unfortunately, this experience has left a bad impression. We shouldn't have to guess whether we'll actually be served when we arrive before your posted closing time. Do better.

It's a small thing to make eye contact and say "we'll be with you shortly," and it's the difference between a customer who waits patiently and one who walks out feeling disrespected. I can't speak to the food, we never got to try it.
