Ok, I've been driving by this place for years, not really paying much attention to it. It's not a chain I know and I really haven't had anyone in my life tell me to go here. I'm all about something different and I didn't want to go to my normal breakfast haunt so I finally decided to come in and give this place a try. Walking in, I was happy with how clean and modern the place looked. I'll admit, I wasn't exactly expecting much, especially for how long this place has been here. I liked the set up to the register as well, with the long "hallway." No questioning who was here first. There are many menu options and I will admit I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but I ended up ordering a half sandwich with soup combo. You can do this with different combinations of items as well, like sandwich and salad or soup and salad. I was also surprised that there were still sides with this option. With the price, that's good value right there. The food was pretty good too! Everything we ordered was delicious and was a great portion size. We mistakenly got here after breakfast hours, so we ordered lunch, but we will definitely be up one day to try the breakfast.
Part of my recent $350 order included a Chopped Salad Lunch Box for someone with strict gluten and dairy restrictions. When the order arrived, the salad contained blue cheese. Mistakes happen. I completely understand that. That is not the primary issue here. I called the restaurant directly to resolve it. The first call went to voicemail, asking me to hangup and call right back. I did. I was placed on hold for several minutes before speaking with someone. I explained that the salad contained cheese and that bowls were also missing for the soup. She asked what an ideal solution would be. I asked what my options were, and she said they could remake the salad and send it out. I agreed and asked how long that would take. She said she needed to check. A few minutes later, a different employee came on the line and told me she had "confirmed" with the person who made the salad that no cheese was added. I explained that I was literally looking at the salad and could clearly see blue cheese on it. I was then told that it was "impossible" because the employee "confirmed" she never put any cheese on the salad. The conversation went back and forth, and I was ultimately told that I could email a photo and "if we determine there is cheese on it," something could be done. I told her I ordered through EZ Cater and was not provided an email address. I was then told she did not know the email address either, but someone might call me back when a manager arrived. I chose to end the call at that point. Again, mistakes happen. What was disappointing was being told, in effect, that I was mistaken about what I was seeing in front of me. That response, more than the error itself, is what prompted this message. I hope this feedback is helpful as you evaluate both order accuracy and customer service training moving forward. A fun thing I didn't notice until I was uploading the photos here for the review, and am now adding to the bottom of this review, is that it appears the woman who knew she never put cheese on the salad, also put some of her hair in it. That was a final twist I was not expecting.
I was in need of some food after shopping in the area and really wanted breakfast but didn't want to sit down. I've seen this place for many years but have never gone in, so I decided to order ahead for pickup since I was across the street. It was really quick and the food was very fresh! I ordered the Anaheim Scrambler without the tomatoes, and it did not disappoint. It was very filling and so fresh! The portion was also a very decent size, I wasn't able to finish it all. The food was done pretty fast, and I was greeted very nicely when I came in to pick up. I would definitely come again!
We ordered $48 worth of food! The berries and cream pancakes had no cream! The Anaheim scrambled was skimpy (see pic) and served with a few lottle rock hard potatoes. The eggs were soggy. The few potatoes they gave us were hard like little pebbles! The pancakes weren't cooked all the way through. They provided no butter or syrup for the two orders of pancakes. There is obviously no quality checks before they fulfill their orders! This was almost $50 wasted! I've given this place multiple chances and each time they have been horrible! I'm done with them! Skip this place...they continue to go downhill. There are better breakfast options like Babystacks, First Watch and Golden Corral in the area!
i love corner bakery's chicken carbonara and cookies. today this morning i ordered the shrimp scampi and found 2 long strands of thin hair. GROSS !!

I used to love this place... What happened to the lemon orzo chicken soup? It was stellar! I ordered broccoli cheddar-looked like last weeks soup brown and didn't taste good, like it was burnt. The chicken on the salads/pasta gave me the ick feelings too. The texture and flavor was not good. Gave to my dogs. I requested the blue cheese crumbles were left OFF the (5) salads (apparently they don't read orders well either since each salad had a lot of it) I spent almost $100 on these meals that they picked at! Mcds would have been better. FAIL!!!!
What a nice surprise! I was visiting the area and was looking for a chain cafe like SB or DKN but the closest one was Corner Bakery Cafe. Drive thru and ample parking Service is polite and friendly Food was fresh and tasty. I ordered the Anaheim Scramble and it did not disappoint!
They miss items in my order and when I called to get a refund the store manager gave me an attitude like it was my fault they didn't gave me the order and told me to deal with it.
This is a great location! The staff is always friendly and the food is always delicious. I love the menu here because they have so many options to choose from to satisfy your cravings. Salads, sandwiches, soups, sweets, wraps... I can go on and on. The choose two is my favorite option if I'm looking for a hardy meal. This option allows you to mix and match 2 items such as a sandwich, panini, salad, soup, or pasta. Then you can choose any side you wish such as chips, side salad, fruit or more. The pick two is always very satisfying. If I'm looking for something sweet to treat myself, I love to come here. They have so many bakery items to choose from such as muffins, brownies, cakes, cinnamon rolls, and more! Yumm, yumm! I don't eat meat, but my daughter tried the bacon, egg and cheese wrap today and said it was absolutely delicious. I don't think I've ever seen her eat anything that fast. Overall, the store is clean and inviting, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the service is fast, and the food is outstanding. If you're looking for a quick satisfying meal, you should definitely check it out! Highly Recommended!
Very tasty! Great prices cheaper I feel than most drive thru crap fast food. This is real food that's fresh you can taste and it's good heart portions! I got the avacado wrap it was much bigger than pictures and the sauce was very tasty not too spicy super filling yum yum! They co also have sum tasty pasteries in there front cooler they look tasty too! I also had a nice chai that was hot and it wasn't crazy packed here! The staff was polite and bathrooms clean! A+ in every section!

Place is straight trash. We ordered food for 3 people and it was like $66 after tip. Everything was bland as hell and after eating this meal I honestly wanna fight somebody or kick a baby in the face. Ive given this place hella chances and its always a huge disappointment. The short and sweet: Corner Bakery Cafe has some great paninis and salads. The price is a tad high for what you get, but at the same time the flavor is there. Also their BBLT was surprisingly quite good. Corner Bakery Cafe is located in a shopping center, blazingly in front of a busy street. Once you head inside, it reminds you of a brighter Panera Bread. Honestly though, there is nothing else similar between theese two restaraunts, aside from the fact they both offer desserts in the form of delicious baked goods. We had the BBLT( Balsamic mayo, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato), ceasar with shrimp, and a Chicken Pomodoro with a side of baked potato soup. The total was around $30ish, which was surprisngly expensive for what you get, but after eating, it was worth it. The BBLT was surprisingly delicious! The bacon was crispy just the way you want in a sandwich, crispy but not hard, and breaks into pieces once you take a big bite. The balsamic mayo and fresh tasting lettuce and tomato helps the bacon and bread shine. The only flaw I see here is I wish there was more lettuce than tomato. Otherwise, would definitely recommend this if youre a fan of BLTs in general. 9/10! The chicken pomodoro panini was also a surpringly good panini. Normally whenever you order a panini the bread is pressed to the point where its a thick cracker with squishy filling. In this case, the bread was certainly compressed, but somehow retains its identity as bread. When you take a bite, the panini is crispy, yet chewy at the same time. You would think the bread is flimsy, yet it holds everythinf nicely. 10/10. The loaded baked potato soup was just ok. Don't upgrade your side to this, not worth it. If you've ever had a baked potato soup from Chili's, its the exact same thing. 4/10. Finally, the Ceasar Salad with Shrimp. You would wonder what is shrimp is doing ontop of a Ceasar Salad instead of chicken? Well, Im here to say it works quite well, especially with the way Corner Bakery prepare the shrimp. You get 6 pieces of decently sized shrimp that are plump, deveined, and not slimey or soggy. One bite of shrimp with the flavorful ceasar is wonderful. There is ALOT of parmesan in this salad, and the croutons have green and red peppers in it which is just great. This salad is a solid 10/10. I honestly was not prepared to enjoy this meal. I was so unprepared to enjoy it I didnt even take pictures of the food prior to eating. I ended up enjoying the food enough that photos slipped my mind! I previously visited a different location in San Diego and had a terrible experience for breakfast and expected the same here. HOWEVER, Corner Bakery lunch is fantastic. Do come give this place a go if youre nearby and want a light, flavorful meal. read more

Cute little bakery with sandwiches, soups, salads, and pastas. I only ever order delivery from here, but yesterday I came in to dine in. Oddly, the quality is much better when you get it delivered which explains the three stars. 1. The woman taking our order looked annoyed to be taking our order. She didn't smile, didn't greet us, and just stared at us. 2. I really wanted to like the mac and cheese but it was not good. I think normal elbow macaroni pasta would make this better, and some more spices. Also, the center was warm, and the rest of the pasta was cold. 3. Caesar salad is good. 4. Chicken pomodori is normally really good and I typically do recommend this sandwich, but when we dined in, the bread wasn't toasted as much as it normally is. I would still recommend it, because I feel it was just an off day. Overall: I feel this may have been a one off dine-in experience. Meeting friends for an informal brunch and conversation. 11AM on a Wednesday - no problem getting a table. Only a couple of tables being used when we got there. I ordered the Anaheim scramble ($9). Came with fruit and toast on the side. The scramble was very tasty. Unfortunately, it was served room temperature. As was the toast. How do you prepare food to order and serve it cold??? My wife's order also came cold. If I come back, I would only order a cold sandwich. That way I can't be disappointed in the temperature of the food when it hits the table. read more

There is only one location in the Las Vegas valley. A similar restaurant to the Panera Bread chain but with slightly less options in salads, sandwiches and soups. However, they do have pasta options that Panera does not. Corner Bakery also has a drive thru available which makes it convenient if you want to stay in your vehicle. Food was good and staff was friendly. read more

I order from Corner Bakery Cafe occasionally (usually through a 3rd party delivery service while at work). It's not my favorite lunch spot, but it IS my favorite soup. Today was one of those days where I just wanted their Loaded Baked Potato soup and placed my order. I normally get the Choose 2 option with a half of a sandwich. Their sandwiches aren't my favorite. I ordered the Chicken Pomodori panini for my half sandwich. It was OK but felt like it was haphazardly put together with the pesto aioli kind of gathered all in one corner of the sandwich. I definitely prefer the Frontega Chicken Panini from Panera. But their Loaded Baked Potato soup is scrumptious. It comes with shredded cheese on top and has green onions in too. I love it! The one thing I do really like about Corner Bakery above their competitors is that their Choose Two option comes with a free side which can be a side salad, caesar salad, fruit, etc. for no extra charge. At Panera for the same meal price, you only get an apple or a bag of chips. Definitely a win for Corner Bakery cafe there. read more

First time at the Corner Bakery Cafe, I order the shrimp pasta cafe, not the dinner. Had a good flavor, lemon sauce was good. They can maybe, just maybe add couple more shrimps Comes with garlic bread that was not crisp , it was kind of gummy if that is a description? My husband had the Steak Arugula sandwich with a side salad. We shared a lemon bar that was really good. Very clean, follow the CDC latest guidelines and the staff is welcoming and attentive. This was my second time at this spot. The first time I had a cease at salad with chicken which was good. Today I went with a group and I said let me try something different I tried the pasta chicken and it came with a slice of garlic bread. I really liked the garlic bread so much so that I ordered two more pieces which were .86 cents each. The pasta was ok I asked for light sauce and no tomatoes. I also had a iced Vanilla cream latte which could have been just a tad bit sweeter. The restaurant was pretty clean with the exception of the flies, I noticed this on my first visit as well. I don't know why they had the napkins hid behind the counter, I advised the cashier that none were out and she said we keep them behind the counter. Four stars because I really like the atmosphere. It's a clean place and I have no faults in the service. Food and coffee is mediocre at best . Barely any flavor :-( I do like the caramel macchiato though. I'm glad I tried it out because it's a cute place but nothing hooked me. read more

Corner Bakery, where have you been all my life? Located at 494 N Stephanie St., Henderson, NV 89014 Thought a simple chicken soup and BLT half sandwich would be good. Turns out to be more than delicious, generous serving, ingredients so fresh tasting, not to forget the yummy Carmel Latte. My sister ordered the Shrimp Scampi Linguine. So good. Their menu is amazing. Lots to choose from to include salads, sweets, and more. Love the location, the music, the atmosphere. Drive thru and call and pick up is available as well. I went today for the first time after living near it for so long, I thought it was pretty good! The prices are honestly great. I went with my grandma, we got the tuna salad sandwich, chicken Rosa pasta, a lemon bundt cake, and a coffee for about $33. The pasta was only the cup size and it was very large, I honestly could've shared it with her. Everything was great in general! The workers are nice and the service was super fast. Id like to come back to try breakfast. I'm surprised this place isn't rated higher. It's a nice spot for a quick lunch. read more

Meh. Just not impressed anymore not for the price. Food pictured cost me 13 dollars !! LOL a grilled cheese sandwich and a 50 cent bag of chips. Really ?!! Don't forget my 3 dollar drink that had 4 melted ice cubes in it. It's just not worth what you are charging and I'm tired of places throwing together a cheese sandwich and charging 15 dollars and I'm suppose to be grateful or something ?!! We normally don't go on Saturday, but on Oct 5th, we were meeting friends. The place was busier than normal. We were disappointed with the customer service taking our orders, Liz, specifically was rude. Our friends got their orders wrong, missing some orders, our order was at the counter getting cold. The coffee decanters were not refilled. We were told that they don't refill after certain hours. I don't usually give negative reviews, but I thought the managers need to know, so they can make adjustments on busier days. There was no manager on site. read more

So underrated! I'm going to go ahead and say it... this place is better than Zuppas. This is my go to spot when in Henderson, they have a drive thru which is perfect for a mom on the go who doesn't want to take 10 minutes unloading the car. We've ordered so many times and always get met with great service and most importantly, phenomenal food! Everything is so fresh and tastes homemade. My favorite is definitely breakfast and their lattes are also delicious! Don't knock it till you try it! read more

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! Expected for this breakfast place for staff to be more pleasant and friendly. The food looks good on the picture but once you get it, its not even close. Price are ridiculous for what you get. An old mexican lady who serve are food ddnt say anything but just slam our food on the table and left without a word. No utensils given. Needed to go back to ask for it. No drinks serve. Never again will i go back here. Bad service and food was super ordinary even my kids can make it. If i can give 0 i would. BAD BAD BAD. read more
