I had an RV stored there for more than 3 years. Had a catalytic converter stolen while parked there but without security cameras there was nothing I could do. Of course, they raised the rent over 2 years ago to help pay for the cameras that are still NOT there. I just moved out - 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Got charged for a whole month today, including insurance. What am i insuring now, air? To add insult, they offered me 20 and then 25 percent to stay.

If you're looking for a dedicated wine storage facility, I would recommend looking elsewhere. My…read moreexperience was disappointing from the start. The monthly pricing seemed to change every couple of months, and the locker sizes are awkward and not particularly well suited for storing wine. Access is another major issue. Getting in and out of the facility is cumbersome, especially when you're carrying multiple bottles or cases of wine. Overall, the wine storage area feels like an afterthought rather than something that was intentionally designed and properly managed for wine collectors. The tasting room was also disappointing. While you're shown a tasting room, members apparently don't have access to actually use it, and the overall setup is strange and not very inviting. For a facility specifically offering wine storage, I expected much better attention to the practical needs of wine collectors.

When you move out be aware when you vacate it and notify them, they will close you out of the area and can rent your unit even if you have paid for the remaining time. Had an issue with the card payment that was out of my control and they still charged me a late fee they would not remove it. Read the contract, they will not waver if the situation is documented. Their lack of communication and customer focus is the reason for the low rating.
