So, being the "handy" (hah!) person that I thought I was, I tried to DIY install my own new faucet (by removing the old one). Upon trying to turn off the cold water supply, it started leaking... Well, that wasn't in anything I've seen before. Panicking, I started a "project" on Yelp. Among the quotes I received, Chaz (the owner) was super responsive on a Friday evening. I was able to book a next-day morning visit within budget (paid halfway between the quoted range - which was awesome! Chaz happened to live in nearby white center so I (over in Alaska junction) could get on the schedule on a Saturday! Chaz arrived at the quoted time and was respectful of the space (had his own boot covers), gear, asked to borrow things when needed, like rags / a pail to catch the water). Throughout the visit, I had transparency into pricing (quoted range), what Chaz was working on, and he answered all of my incessant questions about random things that could go wrong. He brought all of his own tools. I'm grateful I called Chaz - he was in and out within an hour - and I was able to go on with my day, and a new faucet!

He came to excavate our outflow problem--something a previous plumbing firm had done a mediocre job on 25 years, now we're paying the price--explained and showed everything that needed to be fixed (some of it was obvious to a non-plumbing eye), showed us camera footage, and explained all the plumbing mysteries we'd had in the last few years that were getting worse. He quote us a price, folded in his Saturday work into it, worked diligently to get us back in working order, and was neat and tidy about some very messy outdoor work. He even hauled off some old pipes the previous plumbers had buried instead of taking to the trash! Chaz is a great communicator, and he's absolutely dedicated to making sure we know what we are getting into and what it will cost. He charged a very reasonable price, as we know from other work we've had done, for the amount of labor and needing to come onsite three different days. Every time he left, he made sure we were in better shape than the previous visit. He even digs a perfectly neat hole. I have had some very good plumbers in the past, all of whom have retired or moved at this point, so I'm used to good service. Chaz is the best by far!

Within 15 minutes he provided my "As build" plan showing locations and gave me advice on how to properly update my septic system. The same day Ken took the time to stop by, pump out, dig the service ports out, and walked me through the revision work needed. He was reasonably priced for quality service, wasn't pushy to upsell anything, and he has always been reachable even off business hours. As a contractor in the trades, I appreciate experienced professionals with confidence and integrity- Ken with All County Septic exceeded my expectations. Miguel showed up on time, and began pointing out a few issues with the exterior sewer line and some sketchy concrete cracks that could be causing the leak. After receiving their estimate, I hired them and got on their schedule. Both Miguel and Martine do not shy away from hard work! It was not an easy task but they worked methodically and got it done in a robust way. They discovered a sewer line that was completely blocked by clay and mud. Miguel and Martine also found a french drain in the basement that had been incorrectly installed by the previous homeowner. They pointed out that it was not allowing the water to drain into a sewer line which was causing additional problems. The french drain was removed and replaced with a couple of new sump pumps. They also scoped the sewer line. While inside the house, they protected their work space with painters plastic so as to prevent dust from traveling all over the house. At the end of each day, they lined up the buckets full of clay and dirt along a wall and kept their work area super clean. I was so impressed with these guys. I couldn't recommend a better team should you need a sump pump or sewer replaced. We now have a dry basement.

However, I am so overjoyed to use the kitchen sink again (no more dishes in the bath tub!). The price was waaaaay lower than I expected which I am grateful for. The only downside is that they are a little hard to pin down timing wise which wasn't a problem for us but could be if you have something to get to. They never really said specifically when they would show up nor did they call to confirm when they were coming but I'm just glad they came today when I only called them yesterday. They also gave us advice on how to avoid clogs after we paid up. I'm hoping I don't need much plumbing work in the near future but if I do, I'm definitely calling this company again!

With Danny you are paying for the product and the work done as he does not advertise or have a fancy office. Most recently he installed a hvac system. He suggested we put in a ceiling mounted unit to free up wall a d floor space. It is efficient, takes up no wall or floor space and is the envy of my neighbors who have the bulky traditional units.
