I've hired Pro Sewer for my residential side sewer lining and they definitely deserve a review from…read moreme. When you start any construction project, everyone is optimistic and positive. MOST construction projects hit some sort of issues and my project was no exception, I'm explaining this because it's when the problems get hard that you really see the true colors of a company and their leadership. Rob followed through with my project when the project got complicated and tough, I learned that Rob is a leader and will stand by what he says and that is the kind of company that you want to do business with when your spending big money digging holes and lining your side sewer. All of the employees that I interacted with were competent and they were all professional. The work they did had some parts that other sewer lining companies weren't even sure they could do. Pro Sewer's finished product was tidy and done to the contract terms. If you are collecting a couple bids for side sewer work, MAKE SURE YOU CALL PRO SEWER as one of your bids!

I wish I could give Rob a 10 star review. I had a nightmare scenario. One company came out and said "nope, don't want to deal with that". Rob called me after having a look and proposed shooting a liner up the line from the collapse, which fixed the 2nd problem while working on the 1st and left me with a liner and 10yr warranty. Of the 5 quotes, his was the only one to propose solving both problems while only needing to excavate one. I appreciate Rob's communication, creative problem-solving, ability to do a tough job, and a very fair price. They quickly finished the job and sent clear video of the completed job. I highly recommend Rob and his crew.

Last month we had twice water damage and called Mr. Rooter on Sunday noon. Mr. Rooter helped me to…read moreschedule same day. Technician Noah arrived at my home on time, diagnosed the problem in 5 mins but he went into crawl space examined all water pipes to make sure. He advised us to re-pipe a full house with PEX A rather than fixed CPVC partially at an affordable price. He was not pushy about the service at all. Once we decided to go with them Noah did a great job and planned accordingly before he starts the project. Noah is very knowledgeable and professional. Very kind and helpful. Noah, never left the job until they updated me on what they did that day. The whole crew was great, and hard working, and answered all my questions. Another Technician Pejman also did an amazing job with Noah. As this is big project Noah and Pejman worked in a timely manner and had great attention to detail and completed the full house re-pipe including replaced water Heater. Mr. Rooter was the best plumbing company I've ever had to do the work I needed done. I recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone that needs a quality plumber at an affordable price

We called Mr. Rooter Plumbing because our water heater pilot wouldn't stay lit. After doing some…read moreresearch, I figured it was probably the igniter or thermocouple, but I didn't want to mess with it myself. My wife scheduled a free service call, knowing of course there would be a catch. The next day, a tech named Tom (goes by "Tommy") showed up. Within 5 minutes of looking at the unit, he told us the entire water heater had to be replaced--for $2,500. On top of that, he claimed the pan and placement didn't meet code and insisted it needed to be reinstalled 18 inches off the ground, which would cost another $2,000. That's a total of $4,300 plus tax. When my wife called me to discuss, I tried speaking with him directly, but he constantly talked over me and wouldn't listen. That was enough for me; I told him thanks but we'll be taking our business elsewhere. We ended up ordering a brand-new water heater through Home Depot. With installation by Fast Water Heater, it cost us $1,800 plus tax. It was done the next day, and everything passed city code exactly where the old one sat. I don't think everyone at Mr. Rooter operates like Mr Tommy, but my experience felt like a sales pitch disguised as a service call. Instead of actually diagnosing the issue, it was straight to an overpriced replacement and scare tactics about code compliance. The customer service was rude, and the upselling was not ethical. Do yourself a favor and get quotes from other vendors before signing with Mr. Rooter.
