Dr. Kao's office isn't open every single day of the week, but I do appreciate that, as of the writing of this review, she makes herself available on one Saturday a month in addition to the Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays that she's regularly open. We were able to get an appointment not too long after I called and it fit perfectly with my work schedule. The office is so calm and Dr. Kao and her staff also exude confidence and kindness as well. Because it was our first visit, Dr. Kao shared her philosophy of prevention instead of invasive corrective procedures, especially on such young patients. The facility was clean and the people were friendly, but you should only come here if you've already decided to have the procedure done. It's hard to know who to trust because I've read online that lactation consultants get a kickback for referring patients to get this procedure (I cannot confirm myself). As feedback for the office, I would suggest sending something more professional than the buzzfeed style "55 reasons to get this surgery" blog post ahead of the initial visit; this was a red flag for me.
