Took my son here because he's 5 and needed dental work done and his previous dentist could not accommodate us. The whole team was very knowledgeable and nice. All of my concerns and questions were answered before the procedure was done. I was kept in the loop the whole time as everything was being done. They give you after care instructions and a phone number to call, just in case. I didn't use it but it was nice to know that I had contact information, if needed. The office even reached out the following day to see how my son was doing and if I had more questions. Overall, pretty happy with this dental office. Will be coming back for future appointments despite the drive. Just to note, waiting room is small but you're able to wait outside or in your car (my personal preference) and the staff can call your cellphone. read more

My son who's autistic recently had 4 crowns and 3 fillings done here, he had to be under anesthesia. I was a bit concerned since it was his first time and I didn't know how he was going to react afterwards. They did such an amazing job, no pain afterwards, he loves showing off his crowns and the way they handle everything was amazing! Extremely grateful for this team ! This is the best children's dentist office. I left a message in regards to an emergency appointment for my niece, and Fiona immediately called me back, and was able to book a next day appointment. She was understanding, personable, informative, and extremely helpful. Come here for your little ones. They genuinely care, which is definitely hard to come by these days. read more

I really enjoy this kids dental office. I've been bringing all my kids here since they were little. My son has a had a tooth extraction, a spacer implementation, my daughter has had sealants applied. They've always taken care of my kids with precautions and quality care. I currently live 30 minutes away and I still bring them here. I've never had a problem here. read more

Worst place to get service arrived at appointment time just to sit there for 2 hours, posted a bad review, afew minutes later the doctor came out explained what was going to be done and then brought up the review i had posted which he was mad about. 10 min later came back and deny sevices due to the bad review. read more

I had the most incredible experience at this dental office with my kiddos. From the moment we stepped into the office too the very end of their visit. Very clean office. The front desk staff were friendly & helpful. The back office staff ( Dental assistants) & Dr.Hsien were the same way. Explaining everything they were doing with the kids. So professional and clean place with top notch facility and dentists! They take their time to explain each steps to your child and the parents. due to Covid i was unable to keep my insurance and had to go back to medical. Tried this dentist for my son based on the good reviews and had nothing but problems. Not only did they overcharge on the work done, still have not provided a refund nearly a year later, but the work that was done was truly subpar. The cap placed fell off and we were told that we would need to pay full price for the work to be redone. Taking him to a real dentist showed that the spacer in place was done wrong and thus contributed to the cap falling off, the spacer at this point is serving no purpose but the way in which it was done is going to be troublesome to remove. Issues were not identified, and when bringing up problems with care there was never any follow up from the office; instead the blame is always on the patient. Look elsewhere unless you want to overpay and get subpar work done. read more

I just want to say on my first inquiry I was sold they were concerned polite and wasted no time in making my daughters appointment. I felt safe and confident in this Dentist office. My appointment were easy and no hassle to make i have never experienced such prompt service.
