Our first time here and wow ..what a disappointment ! Maybe 5 customers in there ( should have been a sign right there ) and the staff .....well I've seen more personality from a robot . They were not welcoming or helpful at all , just going through the motions . My Thai chicken noodle bowl was bland and the vegetables tasted old not fresh . My boyfriend ordered the Southwest chicken with purple rice in a wrap and they gave him a bowl with the bare minimum of ingredients and some chicken pieces loaded with black pepper. The water dispenser was clogged with who knows what and the drink dispensers were all needing to be filled as they were low . All the napkin dispensers were empty so I had to ask for some . From what my boyfriend told me the men's room was a disgrace - toilet seat on the floor , toilet wouldn't flush properly and it was dirty . I have to say that the whole restaurant looked grungy and dirty, not welcoming at all . And when you see a restaurant has large barrels with trash bags bungee corded in right in the dining area....,turn around and leave ! Our lunch cost just over $27 and I feel like we got screwed over and over charged for subpar food and dismal service, huge disappointment for us today . This place is amazing! It is located in the Belmont shopping centers it is conveniently located near many shopping/errand places. They offer healthy food options for ANY wants or needs. My friend and I wanted to have take out after a long day. We each got different boxes and easily placed our order online. We arrived a tad early but our meal was ready. Everyone raved about their meal and were pleased with how fresh and hot everything was. Don't forget to check out the tractor drinks. The options are fantastic. The staff was so friendly. I really do not like leaving negative reviews but I'm concerned about this location as far as health codes go. I have eaten here a couple of times before I stopped coming in because of how off-putting the experience was. Employees seem very disinterested and confused about the food and offerings. The food is actually good, but if you go in an order you're greeted by so much filth. Dirty tables, unkept drink fountain, exposed light fixtures full of dust directly above the food, dust and grime visible around the register and payment card machine. Then when I ordered online, my food came dirty with food handprints on the container, the bag was sealed so it wasn't the driver. I also once received an entire chunk of avocado skin and the hard little top that connects it to the stem in my food. Hard pass here until I see what appears to be an inevitable "under new management" sign hanging outside. This place is at a great convenient location, is spacious and nicely decorated, however, this particular establishment is lacking in quality control and standards. read more

The service here was terrible. I came into the restaurant this past week with my registered service animal and the manager told me that I could not have a dog inside. I then tried to explain that she is a registered service animal, and that I could give the manager her US SERVICE ANIMALS ID number, but the manager declined and said it was health code and the dog had to go outside. She then rudely told me, "I have an emotional support animal at home I understand". To which I said, "She is not an emotional support animal, she is a service animal. Legally, she has every right to be here." The manager declined again and I had to eat outside in the freezing cold with my service animal. This is 100% against the law, and if this company and location keeps this up someone may try to sue. I emailed their corporate office but haven't received any response. 10/10 do not recommend a company that doesn't follow the law and treats people with disabilities like this. read more

Stopped in last night after my husband was craving a rice bowl and I wanted a salad. Decided to try their new Italian Classic Bowl and what I got was a sad bowl with maybe 6 pieces of lettuce, 3 small "roasted" tomatoes and a small scoop of chicken, minimal toppings. They ran out of onions and peppers, a main part of that bowl, asked what I wanted to substitute so I said a few pickled red onions thinking ok I'll just have a reg Italian salad now, only to have it doused in red onion. Husband got the chicken ranch bowl and his portions were skimpy as well. Asked for extra avocado and a side of mac and cheese twice before we were able to get them and overall service seemed slower than usual. Not sure if our person was new or what was going on. Other customers looked like they had larger portions than we did so maybe it just depends on who makes the entree? For $28 for 2 reg bowls, side of mac and cheese and a drink, it felt way over priced for the portions we got. I left hungry and went next door to Jersey Mikes for a sub after. I dined here at the recommendation of a friend who doesn't enjoy eating healthy but really was impressed with her experience. I decided to try them out around 7 pm on a Saturday night. Wanting to get take out I never expected to be there as long as I was. First in the lane to enter the lot, which I sat for a good 10 minutes or so due to the Chick-fa-la traffic, than another 20 minutes in line inside the building. Thinking they were new by the crowd and inabilities of the staff to make it from memory I was completely surprised to learn they've been open for 5 months! I grabbed a paper menu at the door and stared at all the colorful dish choices displayed on the wall and on the menu, neither of which had prices. Until you're at the counter ordering there's no indication of what anything costs. A paper menu with no prices?!? Totally unacceptable in my book! Some of the selections available were grain bowls, broth bowls, salads, and platters; each customized to your preferences. I ordered a cobb salad which sadly didn't look as tantalizing as their pictures and was supposed to be a mix of kale and romaine. Mine consisted of mainly kale; which is fine for a side dish, but rather chewy when you have an entire bowl of it. The chicken texture was more like tofu than chicken and the dressing tasted store bought. The employees all seemed brand spanking new, making each dish from menu cards they kept referring to and were not the least bit efficient nor confident with their skills. It was similar in production to a Subway. It took forever to get thru the line, each employee less skilled than the last. I even needed to remind my "maker" that my salad comes with dressing. For the price (around $10 for the salad alone) I was not impressed by the taste, value, or service. The highlight however was their fountain juices and lemonades, all with unlimited refills. Sampling is encouraged by the staff and it was difficult to find a favorite as they were all delicious. For better variety, ease of ordering, product value and taste I'd recommend Saladworks vs CoreLife. But if you do try them out keep in mind the poor layout of their location and close proximity to Chick-la-fa - which will surely cause delays. Your best bet is to come on a Sunday so you won't have to deal with the chicken traffic. read more

They have salads, noodle bowls, broth bowls and rice/grain bowls. You can choose meat and various other toppings or just order an option from them menu. They are very sensitive to food allergies as well which is great. Everything is assembled in front of you which is always a plus when eating fresh. There is a decent variety of menu options or you can create your own bowl. The teas are unsweetened and lemonades are sweetened (of course). So glad to see such healthy and yummy options popping up locally. The owner was very nice and promised another restaurant is coming to camp hill in May 2019 eeeekkkk! There is Silantras downtown but nothing convenient to drive to. Now, it's in a new Benton shopping center that has bananas parking. Bananas traffic. Bananas! I got here on my lunch break often. I ran into a really rude lady working there one time and that's the only reason I'm knocking off a star. She gave attitude from the minute I placed my order and I tried not to be rude but my portion was a lot smaller as well, like she didn't care. When she printed my receipt and saw I didn't leave a tip she rolled her eyes and crumpled it and threw it in the trash. I did speak to a manager and they very apologetic about my experience and promised it wouldn't happen again. And it didn't. Flavor is great and I really enjoy their purple rice. Price is reasonable for what you get and the location is perfect! I like that there are 10 minute parking spots so I can quickly grab and go, being in the Belmont shopping center makes it super convenient as well. I got their BBQ Chicken Ranch Rice Bowl, and a cool thing is, I was able to customize it so I got it without tomatoes. I don't know exactly what jicama is, but the food was delicious! Add in the selection of drinks which no sodas were in sight at this place. Pretty loud and crowded at lunch time, but line moves quickly. Food was very fresh. We had the Southwestern chicken and Steak with bacon and blue cheese. Both were good but I found the Southwestern a little bland. Staff is pleasant and perhaps a little over zealous ( one kept asking if we'd like her to take our trays).
