Core values has no core values. They came to a roadside request giving a way off time estimate and then because things were not moving fast enough they charged double. They are greedy and inconsiderate. Please look elsewhere for your towing needs. read more

Commercial Road Side assistance used for tire change on delivery van. Core values gave 90 minute estimate. 4 hours later saying "just 30 more minutes". Same at 5 hours. At 6 hours we called the commercial roadside assistance vender for remedy and Core Values was removed from the contract. read more

I waited for over 2 hours for a contracted service provider (in Pittsburgh, Pa) to unlock my car. I used the roadside assistance through my insurance provider (and promptly cancelled my policy after this mess). There were no updates via the app, no texts or emails telling me my wait time was changed. I had to call the service provider, Core Values (not sure what those values are...certainly not providing good service), 3 times for updates. And when I expressed my frustration to the person who finally showed up, I was told he could just leave and I could wait longer, and that I shouldn't have locked my keys in my car... horrible service. At least update me on the situation so I could cancel the call and find someone else. read more

I rarely give 5 stars. This is the service Hartford Ins gave me. Doing business with Hartford previously has been good, except for their method of sending help. Another rating on that aspect. Due to the snow dump in our area this business was swamped, at first it was an hour, then another 30 minutes. When the driver called I gave him laboriously detailed instructions, he ignored them - I was livid - read him the nasty act. GPS does terrible service to my community, completely wrong directions & people ignore my advice, instructions. First man couldn't get car charged, said he'd be back with a larger cable in 30 minutes. Next man was THE Big Cheese, 30 minutes later, professional, courteous, knew exactly what was needed. January 4th 2022 I requested a tow at 1:20 and waited 4 hrs for a tow truck driver to be assigned to pick up my car from my apartment complex and take it to the mechanic shop and it never comes so I cancelled the request because it's now 6:00pm and the mechanic shop is closed. January 5th 2022 I woke up at 7:00 am and called roadside service again and scheduled a pick up at 2:00 pm that same day, I asked if I'd have to wait a while for pick up I was reassured since it's scheduled i wouldn't have to wait, so 2:00 pm comes and goes so at 2:30 pm still not here, so I call and they said it'll be another 40 minutes until they get here. And advised to leave my key in the gas tank until the driver arrives, I reluctantly agree since I had to go to work by 3:00 pm and couldn't wait any longer, I told the dispatcher to have the driver call when the car is picked up. So around 5:00pm i hadn't heard anything from the drive so I called to see what's happening. I was told the driver is finishing up another drop off and I would have to wait another hour before it's picked up. Frustrated because once again the mechanic shop closes at 6:00 which I expressed to the operator and relayed to the driver. At 6:23pm I the operator tells me since the mechanic shop closed at 6:00pm I could either have it left at the shop or at their not "yard" until morning then they gonna take it to the shop. So I of course ask if it could be left at their tow "yard" because I don't want car left unsecured at the shop. Finally at 7:49pm the driver calls me to tell me my car was dropped off at the mechanic shop and not their field, and since the shop doesn't have a key drop box he's just gonna leave my keys in the gas can (which I called and found out was against their policy, all cars are to be delivered to their yard if there's no key drop off box) At 8:00am January 6th 2022 I call the mechanic to see if they're able to get to my car today since it was originally supposed to be delivered the 4th. I was informed by the mechanic that they parked my car in front of both their bay doors, preventing them from being able to do work on the cars they supposed to do, blocking for a plow from coming in, and losing money because the driver deliberately parked to block all the other cars. I then called roadside service once again to get someone to move the car since the mechanic isn't able to, I and the mechanic were ridiculed because "the mechanic should just move the car" and that since it's very snowy out it would be hours before they could send someone else out. I told them it's not the mechanics job to move the car (he has a broken foot and clearly can't move a disabled car by himself). Another tow driver finally arrived to the mechanic shop to move it from the bay doors at 10:05am. After being on customer service and making several call since 8am this morning, over the course of three days of over 30 calls having to explain the situation to many people and having to clear up misinformation and unprofessional service I will never as long as I live use their services. read more

Prepare to be abandoned, lied to, and frustrated to your core. Avoid this sham of a company. We finally cancelled the call after waiting 5 hours past the timeframe they gave. Every hour we called CVRS they told is "30 to 35 minutes in an irritated voice. They refused to say where the driver was or why he was delayed. They were contracted through Audi. By the time my friend arrived and put spare on the tow truck driver finally showed up. What a complete waste of time. Stay away from this company or better yet spend the money and call AAA. Terrible company. We used our insurance emergency roadside assistance for a dead battery. They said they would be out in 11-43 minutes. We sat and sat. I had the tracker on my phone following where they were supposed to be. It said they were there. Nothing. Waited. Nothing. Called the company and the woman in the office was extremely rude. Accused us of ignoring phone calls and texts from the driver, which we NEVER got. We received a single text WHILE we were on the phone with her. Immediately responded to the text and also called the number. It was busy. Never got a response. Tried to tell the woman that we never received any of these supposed calls. She basically accused us of lying, said she cancelled our call and we'd have to resubmit the request, and then hung up on us. If it wasn't for an angel of an employee from the store we were broken down in front of using his own lunch break to give us a jump, who knows how long we would have been stuck there. read more

I've been trying to get my car unlocked for awhile, last time I tried I waited without any sort of communication for hours. I waited 5 hours for service from this company and the truck never arrived. When calling the company back to ask for an update, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected. No one called me back to let me know if and when my truck would arrive. I called to get a refund because I never received service and they could not find my information in their system. Our insurance company initially sent for these guys for roadside assistance, and needed to follow up on them constantly, while they left my husband stranded for over 3 hours! Then they told our insurance operator they had no one to send and hung up on her! So she called a different company who got to my husband in 10 minutes! All that was needed was a jump for a flat battery! Core Values apparently has a very bad reputation in this area for failing to turn up or not turning up for hours. Their online reviews also show them as having a very bad reputation. This was certainly our experience. We'll be filing a complaint with our insurance, requesting they stop using them. We hope they'll listen. It seems many insurance companies hire them for their cheaper rates, but you know what they say: "You get what you pay for!" There's a reason they're cheaper! It's time insurance companies drop these guys for the way they reflect on the companies that hire them! If the insurance companies hire poor service, they're just as responsible to their customers! We waited 4 1/2 hours for them to show up but they never did. We called them 3 times and they told us each time it would be another 30 - 35 minutes but no show. When we called they couldnt find our addressatfirst either, then found it in their system. Twice we received texts that their driver had arrived, but again, no driver. We live in the city with an easy to find address. Finally we went with another company. If this experience wasn't so frustrating it would almost be humorous. PEMCO insurance contracts with Core Values Towing. I was in need of roadside assistance that is covered through Pemco Emergency Roadside Assistance- When I filed my ticket with Pemco they told me a Towing company would be there in 55 min. 1.5 hours later I call back and ask for a status update. PEMCO calls Core Values back and is then told that it will be at least another 45 min. I don't know who is worse Pemco or Core Values I would give both 0- stars if I could. Worse company ever!!! Completely unreliable. I read through all the other reviews and they are all the same story, no one in their right mind would call this company but they manage to stay in business because they are locked in with insurance companies. This is a bad review for the Insurance companies are so unscrupulous to contract with such a horrible business and the Core Values for being horrible. Unless you like sitting on the side of a road late at night for hours on end this is the company for you! read more

DO NOT USE THEM. I was stranded with a dead car battery. When I called my insurance company (MetLife) they assigned Core Values Roadside to come assist. I was told their ETA was 55-mins. It's been 3 hours and I'm still stranded. Multiple calls to Core Values and they refuse to send another service person, insisting the original guy is coming. 3-hours I've been waiting! I just waited for about 45-50 minutes after placing a call through my insurer for a lockout....the car was running (we borrowed the car from a family member while one of our vehicles in in the shop, hence how I managed to lock myself out of it while it was running). Dude showed up, super cordial, unlocked the car in a matter of 3 or 4 minutes and saved the day. I understand not everyone has had a good experience with these folks...I, however, did. Terrible customer service! I waited all day for a tow and every time I called for an update to see when the tow truck would arrive the dispatcher acted irritable and unhelpful. Initially given 90-120 min. window and then at 10:00 am was told the driver was en route. 1.5 hrs later I called to find out where the driver was and was told that the driver was never dispatched and it would just be another hr. Called back at 12:30 since there still was no update or driver. The Dispatcher was annoyed and sounded irritated when inquiring over where the driver would be coming from and what the ETA might be. Was given a 45min ETA and that the driver was wrapping up with a current customer and I was next. 1.5 hrs later there was still no driver. I called my insurance agent to find out what the next steps should be and they said they would call. At 2:30 I called one more time and the dispatcher just said "call your inurance agent" and hung up. The worst customer service! Definately not living up to their name of "Core Values!" Not dependable, integrity questionable at best! Call someone else! read more

My USAA roadside assistance arranged for Core Values to come change my flat. I waited over 4 hours. Each time I called Core Values, Divine claimed the driver was either a half hour away or ten minutes away. She claimed he was late because he couldn't locate his previous customer. Then she claimed he was late because he couldn't find me. I am literally stuck a few hundred feet from the exit sign. I laughed and asked if the driver is new to the area because there's no way he could miss my bright red SUV and the travel trailer towed behind it. She then hung up on me. Either Divine is incompetent or a liar. Their core values clearly don't include honesty or work ethic. read more

Then the agent, Rhea, continually hung up on me, a disabled veteran, waiting in under 50 degree weather, at night, in the pouring rain, with an 8yr old in the car. And then to be completely disrespected and hung up on... I was only able to get her name after calling back from a different number. I read all the other reviews, and the horror stories contained within. I am pleased to say that my experience was quite different. Perhaps the fact that I broke down in the greater Spokane area made a difference, I don't know. What I can say is that the driver showed up within a half hour after first contact, (3 minutes before the estimated time) the driver was pleasant and professional, and had me up and running within a couple of minutes after arriving. I was assigned Core Values by Hartford for a jump start. Original ETA 70 - 100 minutes. I then called them and they said another 45 minutes. After that 45 minutes, I then called Hartford and they said driver was on his way. I then called another hour later and asked to be switched to another company. They never contacted me. I had to do all the calling and still after more than 3 hours nothing. Unbelievable! I can't even imagine if I was stuck in the middle of nowhere or on a highway somewhere. read more

I used my insurance provider's Roadside assistance to book them to help me with a flat tire. I originally made the request at 10:00 am. After multiple check-ins with my insurance, this company told me they were 40 min away for HOURS. I finally gave up and contacted AAA. After 6 hours of waiting, the company's dispatcher reaches out to me to let me know they had arrived on site (this was the first update I ever heard from them as to the ETA of their driver). I would have just let this go and not posted this review if it were not for the fact that when the dispatcher called and told me that the roadside service vehicle had arrived, and I told her I ended up receiving help from a AAA vehicle instead after HOURS of waiting with no response on their end, she said "unhhhh" and then hung up on me. Terrible customer service. If you are waiting more than an hour for them to arrive, CANCEL and try somewhere else. It will save you time and anxiety in the long run. read more

Probably the worst tow company in the Pacific Northwest West. I have been waiting in my van, with my two 1.5 year olds for FOUR, ALMOST 5 HOURS!!!!! It was supposed to be a one hour wait, but they "kept getting held up at the previous job". Then, after I was told it would be 25 minutes, the driver is on his way, AT the 25 minute mark, they call and say "the truck broke down, we have dispatched another truck, they'll be there in 45 minutes." Are you freaking kidding me?!? As if being trapped with screaming toddlers isn't bad enough!?! Please, do not give these lying people your business. read more

Horrible doesn't even begin to describe the level of service from this company. I was given an ETA of an hour for a simple jump start. I called when they were 30 min late and then every hour after that. Each time they said the driver was stuck on another assignment but that he was the closest. ??! It doesn't matter how close if he's not available! After 4.5 hours I called my insurance company to cancel and schedule a different company for the next morning because the dealership that I had scheduled to get a replacement battery was closing. I wish I could give this company negative stars. I have never had such a horrible car experience in my life. My car battery had died so my insurance company sends for them to jumpstart my car. They initially sent me a 55 min ETA. They are late so I call and they say the tow truck was at another job and he will arrive in 35 minutes and he called me to let me know, but I didn't answer. He never called me. I was sitting in the hot sun with my phone in my hand by my car waiting the whole time. I get frustrated over this additional wait time and Jeff hangs up on me. I call again after waiting more and Jeff answers saying it's an additional 30 minutes. This time he said the tow truck broke down and it's an additional wait. I call again and Jeff answers saying the tow driver came and didn't see me and called my phone and I didn't answer so he left and isn't coming back. I never got a call from them and I was still sitting in front of my car waiting the entire time. I am crying at this point and they just left me stranded. I had to take an Uber home and leave my car to get fixed later. I have never had such a horrible experience with my car. I don't know how they are still in business. I rarely write bad reviews, but they really deserve it. Such horrible people working here! They deserve to be shut down! read more
