Tip Top Towing was dispatched through Volkswagen Roadside Assistance to tow my vehicle. Through a confusing series of events completely outside of Tip Top Towing's control, another towing company ended up taking the call after it had been canceled on their end. Unfortunately, that company towed my vehicle without communicating with me, leaving me with no idea where my car had been taken. Even though Tip Top Towing was no longer responsible for the call, they refused to leave me stranded with the problem. At Brandon's direction, Mike went above and beyond to help track down what had happened to my vehicle. They spent hours of their day helping me locate my car, communicating with several parties involved, and making sure the situation was finally sorted out. What impressed me most was that they did all of this when they could very easily have said, "This is no longer our call." Instead, they treated me like I was still their customer and took ownership of helping me find a solution. That speaks volumes about the kind of company Tip Top Towing is. Mike was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and helpful, and Brandon demonstrated exactly the kind of leadership and customer service you hope to encounter when something has gone wrong. Both of them showed genuine integrity and concern for me as a customer. In an industry where people are often calling because they are already dealing with a stressful situation, having people who genuinely care makes all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend Tip Top Towing, and especially want to recognize Mike Jackson and Brandon for going far beyond what was required of them. I got a flat tire thanks to Spokane potholes. I called various tow truck companies but no one…read moreanswered their phones. Tip Top Towing was the only ones who answered the call. Top Top Towing helped me get my car to a tire shop as it was almost midnight and they even gave me a ride to the casino so I had a place to sit and wait for the tire shop to open which was about an seven hour wait. Thank you Tip Top Towing for the help I needed. I recommend them for help if you need it.
