A friend recommended Smith's based on their 5 star rating on google and the A+BBB rating. I read the reviews and checked out their website. I called and Amber was extremely nice and helpful in getting me setup for an appointment. She even gave me a number to send the video of the leak I had. My appointment was the next afternoon. The next day Amber had texted to let me know that if it rained the technician would reschedule since it would be difficult to find a leak in the rain but that the technician would let me know. However the rain held off and I received a text that the technician was on his way. The text had a picture along with the name of who was coming. That is something I liked and really felt stood out with customer service. The technician Joe arrived extremely nice guy down to earth very professional. He got right to the job and literally within 15 minutes checked out what was going on. He gave me the estimate-and military discount. I was ready to schedule for the service to see when they could do it. I pulled my calendar out and Joe was like are you going to be here and I said yes and he said ok I'll go get my tools. Lol! I was like this is great I had no idea he had time to take care of it today. It was perfect. Joe got to work and I mean this guy worked! He got the job done and made sure everything worked ok. Found the problem, fixed it better than before with better parts.
