They recently dug an electrical trench on my property. they were the most professional and timely of all the contractors that have worked on my addition project. I gave them the wrong dimensions for the trench that I needed. They came right away to redig the trench without making me feel that it was in any way an inconvenience and didn't ding me on price. Without them I would have never stayed on schedule. Like everyone, I have a lot of horror stories about my landscaping and construction projects. Those experiences really make you appreciate having someone you can count on like Cordero.

It was depressing, as I'm a transplant from Northern California, and grew up in a place where your yard is part of your castle, and you care for it with pride (or you pay someone else to). The crabgrass, bald patches etc etc was an utter nightmare. Depressing! I considered all these "franchise True Green" options, but was appauled by many the reviews, to be honest. Personal recommendations led me to T & B. Peter Teed, came by, and within the timeframe of his visit I shared his confidence that my family and I would be enjoying a beautiful lawn within 6 months, give or take... Fast forward 3 months - The level of care and concern to insure successful results for a beautiful lawn have paid off in spades. While it takes patience and time, and we still have a ways to go, Teed and Brown went above and beyond to insure proper results. We had a really cold Spring, which made things difficult early on, but staying the course led me to sitting here looking out over amazing results. And we STILL have another couple months for everything to fill in. I couldn't be happier! Bottom line: Don't look into the "franchise cheap" solution. I can tell you, firsthand, Teed and Brown are worthy of the investment. You won't be sorry!

What a great group of paving contractors! I cannot say…read moreenough about how helpful they were to us this past week. They paved the main road in our neighborhood, and they went above and beyond for us. For the first time in 23 years, my wife accidentally took my car keys with her to work. That meant my truck couldn't be moved out of the way as they paved our street. They needed to connect the road to my driveway, and my truck was completely in their way. I figured I would just have a gap there from now on. But they came back the next day to touch up things, and I asked if they could touch up our driveway connection. They quickly said it would be no problem. Sure enough, they did it, and they were more than generous with how far they paved over our gravel driveway. I can't thank them enough for fixing it. I really thoughtI I was going to be out there with my own bags of patch paving. I'm sure my patch job would have looked like a disaster compared to how they fixed it. Great job, guys! Thanks for going that extra mile for us.
