Again I don't know…read morewhat the condo contract covers but they don't even cut the lawn 1 a week which in the spring definitely needs cutting at least once or more a week. The grass looks terrible when it goes over a week of not being cut. They also don't blow grass clippings every time they cut. Would not recommend if I had a say in who I would pick. I talked to the owner, Matthew Salomone, who was very personable and funny. He seemed to pay attention to detail and his commercial projects as well as his residential properties were well maintained. I personally observed his employees working at McDonalds on the Post Road in Milford. They were friendly and seemed happy. The landscaping was lovely for a commercial property. I liked the idea that the business is family owned and has been around for a long time. It seemed that everyone in town knew "Matt" and only had great things to say about him.
