One piece of crispy bacon on each burger and two orders of soggy barely seasoned waffle fries. Over all, not a good start for the spring. Hope you all can do a lot better than this. read more

This place used to be good but for one reason or another, the quality has really been going under. I believe the food would seriously benefit from quality assurance or double-checking ingredients and seasoning before stuff goes out. The other day I ordered a specialty "Bacon Bleu" burger with no onions and no sauce. It was supposed to come with tomatoes. Despite the cashier reading the order back to me, it had one massive onion and no tomatoes. I have an onion allergy where eating them gives me headaches and I physically feel ill. If I had taken one bite of that, I would've really felt it--it took up the whole sandwich to where I took it off and all the lettuce on the burger fell out. Sadly I was pressed for time when I ate it, so I couldn't turn around. I just ate what I got. Quality-wise, it tasted... okay. The lack of a tomato dampened my experience with eating it and it was heavy on the salt. It tasted more like salt than blue cheese (which you'd think would be the real star of the show) and for a burger that was nearly the same price as a McDonald's meal *without* drink or fries, it left a lot to be desired. Another person went with me and ordered a small hamburger. She couldn't eat hers and she said it had too much salt. I tried it out and I can confirm it tasted like pure salt. Corbett's had salty burgers in the past, don't get me wrong, but they still tasted great. Hers on the other hand was inedible. That's a trend I am noticing with their food: there is no beef flavor anymore, just a full tablespoon of sodium every time. The in-restaurant atmosphere has a classic diner feel and the employees are polite, I will give them credit for that. They seem young and I understand everybody needs opportunities to learn but they need someone experienced watching over them so they don't make so many mistakes. After getting disappointing burger after disappointing burger, I don't see a reason to visit this place again. I'll stick to Cookout or a home-cooked burger. read more

The staff was really helpful and the food was delicious!! The menu board and their drink selection is a little overwhelming at first but the cashier (in training) was very helpful! Try the Good Morning Burger with the he added hashbrown! read more

Can't say I've had the experience most seem to of had at this restaurant! I've been twice and both times were amazing. Food was very good and honestly one of the best burgers I've had in a while. Definitely check them out again! My only caveat is that they close a bit earlier than other restaurants, but even that isn't the worst. read more

I really wanted this place to be good. The southern burger wasn't bad. The fries were cold. The tipping point on this review is that it took 30 minutes to get our food and during that time you could hear the staff chatting and goofing around in the back. Great concept. The food was pretty good and the service was fine. We enjoyed the wide variety of bottled soda. If you are advertising and offering gluten free items you really need to ensure the food is gluten free. I ordered the gf chicken sandwich and the bun looked like a regular bun. I asked twice if my sandwich was gluten free and told yes and I ate it, then a supervisor informed me it was not a gluten free bun, apologized, and gave me a card for a free burger next time. Next time might be a ways off. I'm pissed because now I'm sick for the weekend. read more

I work at a small office and we wanted to try Corbett's. We had someone that was buying lunch for the office so we were going to call the order in. First off good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. It would roll over to a general voicemail and it didn't even let you know you where you were calling. I check the # to make sure. After several calls, we decided to try the online ordering. My co-worker and I tripled checked the order to make sure we had everything right. We ordered burgers, fries, shakes and drinks. When the person picking it up arrived it was not ready. We placed the order at 11:30 and it said it would be ready at 12:15. 45 mins to wait on food. Not only did she have to wait another 15 mins on fries they were cold when she got them. She ask for a receipt and was told they can't print them very rudely. When the food finally arrives at our office we were missing all the drinks, shakes and not all the fries were in the bags. My coworker went back to get the items that were missing and had to again wait another 15 mins. We had saved the receipt from the online order and took it in to show them what was missing. Needless to say our office manager said "Never Again". read more

I don't know where to start. I placed my order online (toast hub) at 5:53 pm; arrived at 6:25 and after waiting for 40 minutes, finally received my food at 7:05 pm. One hour and ten minutes to make one of the most horrible meals I've had in a while. I had the hot dog burger and chili cheese fries. The fries were cold and undercooked; the chili is horrible, fresh out of a can; the burger was "chewy" and also had the canned chili on it which made it taste terrible. I did ask for a refund and it's important for anyone ordering online to know the online orders are not refundable in the restaurant. They said I had to go through Toast directly to get it. that process takes longer than it took me to get my food. I spent almost an hour on hold waiting to talk to someone and finally hung up. I want to add, the 45 minutes I sat and waited for food I watched at least 30 people walk in and walk right back out once they were told how long it would take to get food. Money is falling right out of the owners pocket into the parking lot, into another restaurants register. We will not be back. read more
