After a bad experience at another electrolysis place in town I reached out to Nataliya. She was very thorough with her questions and explanation of everything on my first consult. I've been going through the process of electrolysis with her for 6 months now. I have a lot of hair growth due to PCOS causing a hormonal imbalance, and it has caused me embarrassment and made me self conscious for years. I am seeing less and less regrowth every visit with Nataliya and I am so thankful for the progress! I hope to have a 1 year photo to post (if I become brave enough) to compare then to now. She is funny, bubbly and makes me feel super comfortable, which I think means a lot when you genuinely like the person wielding the laser gun that is inflicting you with pain. It sounded like they were using some expired product or something along those lines, and that this person who was to do my eyelashes was inexperienced. When I tried to tell the technician I changed my mind about the appointment, the owner came out and convinced me to go through even though I wanted to cancel. That was a big mistake. She ended up performing the eyelash lift without asking if I had any contacts in, which I did, and I ended up getting a chemical burn on my eye balls and had a severe allergic reaction to the products used. When the technician was doing the eye brow wax she also kept going over the same spots over and over again which was very painful. She almost didn't even do the lip wax that I paid for, and I had to remind her. I ended up needing to go to urgent care 2 times and luckily my vision was not affected although I had a blood vessel burst in my eye which filled my eyeball with blood and had scabby painful eyebrows for the next 2-3 weeks. Terrible terrible experience. At least the owner refunded my money, but I would recommend going somewhere else.

PA Jennings determined that there were 6 spots that should come off, and she would do 3 at a time. Came back, got changed into the gown, and was laying on the table. Jennings comes in and says, "Has anyone discussed the cost with you?" I told her they had not. I had provided my Blue Cross card at the initial visit, so I assumed I would have to pay another co-pay, but was not informed of anything else. So while I'm still in the gown, she sends in some lady that tells me that I will need to pay in full, upfront. The cost for just one mole removal would be $800. I told her that I was not prepared to pay that, so she proceeded to start negotiating what I could pay, TODAY. Mind you, I'm still in the gown. They made me feel so awful that I burst into tears. PA Jennings pretended to care, and I asked why I was upset. I told her that there are multiple spots that need to come off, and I was confused as to why they would not bill my insurance. She said she had nothing to do with that, but it was not about "The money" They finally agreed to let me set up a payment plan, for the mole that she deemed, "Most suspicious" They cancelled my future appointment and told me the best thing was to just keep an eye on the other spots, and see if they change. I will not be coming back to this office EVER!!! They do not care about anything other than your money. Don't go here unless you are prepared to pay for your procedure in full!! Made me feel like an absolute piece of trash!
