She was very kind and accommodating when I came in as I was running late misjudging my travel time from Eagle River. Very calm and non-judgmental which put me at ease. Her space is very clean and also very soothing. I love my lashes and received the compliments that they looked natural and fit my face and eye shape. I don't wear make-up so they really were perfect for my more natural, but feminine vibe. Highly recommend!

When I got there Liza informed me I didn't purchase the extreme lashes but the basic package even though I purchased the $89 dollar package a few weeks ago. I asked her how much more would it be to get more lashes and she said an additional $120 and that she "didn't have time". That what I paid for was 50-70 lashes. While placing the lashes, she didn't prep them after I washed because she said my lashes were already dry. I asked her how much the non-Groupon price for each was. $250 for this set pictured here and $350-400 for the "Extreme set". I also asked her if she was placing (grouping) more than one lash on each of my lashes, to which she replied "don't worry about it...that they are silk". That it would "look good" and that she is "giving me more than I paid for". I stayed to finish getting them on because I didn't feel she would reimburse me and didn't want to walk out with one eye done. I used to get my lashes done at Amazing Lash regularly in Texas so I feel I understand the process and how they should look and fair pricing. Things are understandably more expensive here. I don't mind paying but this whole experience was absolutely not worth any part of this. I feel this service is grossly overpriced, Liza the lash stylist is less than professional and this is not worth your time or money. Don't waste your time.

Reasonably priced at $25, which is what I'm accustomed to paying in the lower 48.
