They caused the customers to get their money back for not truly receiving their items. I contacted FEDEX CS and got nowhere. I contacted the BBB and got no solution from them. It cost me over $700 and FEDEX never owned up to their mistake. BEWARE and do not ship expensive stuff with FEDEX because they never admit fault even if you buy insurance. The lady that checked me in was very nice and happily answered what felt like the most basic (dumb) questions to put my mind at ease. They even alerted me that my battery is in pretty poor shape, but since I'm just trying to trade it in I opted to leave it alone. My press check went off with only one hiccup which was actually my fault but they quickly made some adjustments to cover my behind. The UV inks they use look vibrant on the uncoated stock I had selected. The customer lounge was a very relaxing area to hangout while they were preparing my job was very plush. The road construction in front was kind of a pain but isn't really their fault.
