It's a small shop but they have full mailing and posting services including boxes and packing materials and envelopes. A full-size copier, too. Mailboxes. Printing services. The gent who helped me was very kind. I did buy the mailing tube from him, but I also got some rubbish cardboard to hold a flat print safe in my backpack. Sharp scissors let me cut the cardboard to fit. Super helpful!

They ring the buzzer (which rings 3 times ) then just as you are about to pick it up....it stops , and away goes UPS.... I was eagerly waiting with my UPS tracking screen on and my paranoia vision TV Security channel on. Nothing ... I had called UPS to ask that they send a message to the driver, that if there was no response to the buzzer, to please call me. I would go down. Imagine my surprise, when after wasting my entire day waiting around- that the status had changed online to Delivery Attempt - No answer! They had not even tried to ring buzzer or call me. I was not happy. I called to ask that they drop it off at The UPS store. They did! I called and asked if I could come pick it up (yes before 6 pm) I arrive, barely had to wait, my package was given to me after I showed ID, I signed and was on my way home with my new Fredrick's of Hollywood Lingerie! The agent on the phone actually hung up. I had to call back and ask for yet another manager. All they do is read from a script and try to apologize and talk over you without giving you the opportunity to speak. Again my package was not delivered as promised. Online vendors who choose this company as there shipper put customers in a bad situation. I will NEVER support UPS or any vendor now that uses this company as their shipper. False promises. Zero customer service. Absolutely no training of their staff on how to deal with anything. Managers are useless.

Also the address is not attached to my name (as I am only a tenant) Fortunately enough, the guy at the store was very friendly. He asked for my delivery notice and passport. Maybe it's also because I called the customer service beforehand and was instructed to bring a mail send to me with the same address on my package. (on a side note, the package should have been able to arrive at my door, but the driver failed to buzz into the building. Thank god the pick up went smoothly)

The prices are great, too! I had called a couple of photo places beforehand and found that the Shoppers Drug Mart near me charges more than 2x what Kingdom Photo charges for the digital citizenship application photo. And, I appreciated that over the phone, the photographer advised me to not wear white when coming in for the photo, because the photo background will be white -- it was a good tip! I 100% recommend Kingdom Photo, and I will be coming back in the future for passport photos.

Okay fine. I call head office and tell them to use our concierge desk, they say okay we'll try again tomorrow. Two days later no package. I call Clearly for a tracking number. I input the number of Phantoms website. Order not found. Weird. I call customer service and they say they shipped my package back to Clearly because I wasn't home! Are you kidding me? They are rude, unhelpful, and the only delivery service I know that doesn't know how to use a concierge desk. Avoid at all costs.
