Not to mention I saw him throwing a tantrum or some sort at another customer, or employee?, at my most recent pick up. Cheap prices, decent quality, pay for what you get. But definitely see their other sales other than Johnny, steer clear of that fellow. 1-star for not only late on my first order, but late on my second order as well. Also, there were some loud arguments going on in the meeting room between client and the company manager at my first pick up. I have never written a review before on Yelp, but this has sparked my interest. They definitely need to change their management.

These guys really understand when you need a job done to meet a deadline, etc. Quality is superior! I will continue to do business with them. Technically, I am not even a customer of Minuteman - yesterday, 10 minutes before they closed the door, I walked in with a last minute small request of printing a few pages for my interview, and he took it. Today morning, I walked in with another mini job and was accepted again. Both prints were perfect, and the owner refused my payment. I know Minuteman normally does large scale printing so I was already grateful they were able to help me print a few pages and remembered my voice over the phone. I was frustrated about an event, but the business owner's kindness soothed me and I wish I could've done more to help the business. I hope everyone continues to support Minuteman on 6th avenue. P.s. There is a friendly puppy (looks like a mini doddle?) if you are a dog fan! If not, don't worry because he is well trained.

I was shocked to see such bad quality picture, pixels and colour on the business card. My picture was 4 shades darker than the original one, I had provided him. The business cards were not cut symmetrical either. Even after accepting the over 15 days delay they gave me the worst shabby business cards ever seen. Charged my credit card and refused to refund amount, even after I spoke respectfully, requested them to accept all 3 flaws. They are very unprofessional, sad and bad experience. Should we even trust people like them.

It was as if they were reading my mind. Well, maybe they were reading my Tweets. It's a small-ish shop, but for now they can handle most of the jobs in house. Later, they have the option to send it to the bigger Minuteman shops. At the front desk and on the phone is young Kevin, a multi-tasker in the least. C.S., a bit of graphic design and print shop experienced. He was very accommodating and able to manipulate my file to make a small design change that made a big difference. Franchise owner Amir is there to keep the show in line. These two are so friendly you almost want to invite them for dinner! My job was no big challenge, but it was done efficiently and on time. There are a few print shops in the area to choose from but I'd use Minuteman again. Thanks guys! -V.E.V

Frustratingly, I was turned away by two other local printing companies who snootily told me they only deal with creative printing/repo, despite having standard colour printers. However, after stumbling in a blind panic through the bright yellow door, Martin at Rocket kindly printed out two colour copies immediately, no trouble at all, and for free! Super kind. I guess they normally deal with high quality photo prints. Being in such a rush, I left my memory stick behind and he later contacted me to let me know he'd put it aside for safe keeping until I could collect it. Thanks Rocket!
