I was shocked to see such bad quality picture, pixels and colour on the business card. My picture was 4 shades darker than the original one, I had provided him. The business cards were not cut symmetrical either. Even after accepting the over 15 days delay they gave me the worst shabby business cards ever seen. Charged my credit card and refused to refund amount, even after I spoke respectfully, requested them to accept all 3 flaws. They are very unprofessional, sad and bad experience. Should we even trust people like them.

The staff could definitely be friendlier. The service there felt cold. Perhaps it was because it's a Saturday morning. But still. You're at work. And if you're at work. You gotta be prepared to give the best type of service you can offer and give when you're at work. I would still recommend this company if you needed something to print. But like everything else. Frustratingly, I was turned away by two other local printing companies who snootily told me they only deal with creative printing/repo, despite having standard colour printers. However, after stumbling in a blind panic through the bright yellow door, Martin at Rocket kindly printed out two colour copies immediately, no trouble at all, and for free! Super kind. I guess they normally deal with high quality photo prints. Being in such a rush, I left my memory stick behind and he later contacted me to let me know he'd put it aside for safe keeping until I could collect it. Thanks Rocket! Their quotes are usually lower than other print companies, but the main reason I go back is for the service - it's amazing. I've sent artwork again and again for mistakes and minor adjustments on my part (I can be a difficult customer :) and they are helpful in communicating what they need and what will work best. Even though I have never set foot in the print shop - I know it must be a great place because they do amazing work.

My brothers wedding is next month aaaand he left it last minute.... humph! I went into the shop 10 minutes before closing and typically printers don't print jobs for you so close to closing and have you come back the next day, which has been my experience with other printing houses. When I entered I think the clerk could sense my panic. I told him what I needed and number of copies I needed, when he told me the price I was blown away at how reasonable the price were! Plus he even guillotine cut the copy too. The "other" shop couple doors down (I won't mention the name but it rhymes with stinkos) were much more expensive aaaand charged to cut the copy down to size, not to mention the copy was of poor quality. Not only was the copy good but completed promptly & no waiting til the next day for the job to be completed. I wish I had known about this place when I was still an INTD student when average price I would pay for that many colour copies on card stock would set me back at least $$$ from other repro-graphic printers. The job I submitted was colour copy on matte card stock and 15 pcs on 14x17 (?) came to approx. $40 with tax including the cutting down of the copy.
