Due to COVID protocols, I could not go into the store, but I dropped the pages off and gave them my credit card. They said they would be back in a minute with the credit card, and since I was one block away from another store I needed to go to, I planned to head over there for shopping and come back to pick up when it was done. After 2 or 3 minutes, nobody had returned with my credit card, so I rang the doorbell to ask for it and out came my booklets! So fast and friendly! Going home, I saw that I had left out a few pages accidentally! I contacted Sylvie to see if I could bring it back to be added into the booklet, and she said no problem. I went back and the wait was also only a few minutes, and they didn't charge me for adding the pages! Sylvie was lovely through the whole process, very understanding, and focused on customer experience. Thank you for making this process so easy! I will definitely come back!

First of all, a place that offers printing services should have wifi so you can actually print…read more Second of all, when working in customer service - it is important to be able to pick up on cues of the client. I was never rude like he would say (I am also from France, so maybe cultural barrier) , I just was so confused why there was no wifi so I had to go across the street to get wifi and then send something to the printing computer. Something printed incorrectly and I told him not to charge me for the misprinted item. He goes and says he needs to charge me. I agreed to just pay because whatever. I go and mumble literally "so dumb, whatever" under my breath cause I personally as a business owner would had grace for that situation if something went wrong with the printing service. Then he goes "what do think you just mumbled?" I said "it doesnt matter" - and he crumpled my papers and yelled at me to get out. #wasteofpaper #oldmentreatingwomanpoorly #getwifi
