Ryan and the staff at this Minuteman Press are PHENOMENAL!…read more I coordinate marketing for an international company and we needed to create marketing kits for a client with operations in Canada. The first print shop I contacted in Surrey took weeks at a time to get back to me on simple things like quotes or adjustments to my order. As my deadline approached I decided to look for a shop that would take the work seriously and after calling 4 other shops, Ryan answered the phone and said he could have my entire job quoted and completed within 2 days! And he and his staff made it happen. I could not be happier. He even made sure that 2 of the marketing kits were couriered to clients who needed them asap. Ryan showed great integrity in following through on what he promised and I will continue to use Minuteman Surrey for our ongoing printing needs in Canada. Thank you so much Ryan and the entire staff for your professionalism and customer-first attitude.

Back in the day Dave would stay open 24/7 and snooze behind the counter just to be there when you need him! I think I can only remember one time when I went in and Dave wasn't there. I couldn't give him a full 5 stars because, anyone who is a long time customer here knows that stuff falls through the cracks here and there. having said that, if you are looking for economical printing for your small business or other simple initiative, inprint is definitely the place.

When I came to point this out to them 4 months after the job was printed, they just laughed, like it was real funny. This was a printing job that cost me over $6000. They literally did not care. I could not make them understand or even accept what a major inconvenience this was. They literally acted like I was a nuisance, bothering them. Due to COVID protocols, I could not go into the store, but I dropped the pages off and gave them my credit card. They said they would be back in a minute with the credit card, and since I was one block away from another store I needed to go to, I planned to head over there for shopping and come back to pick up when it was done. After 2 or 3 minutes, nobody had returned with my credit card, so I rang the doorbell to ask for it and out came my booklets! So fast and friendly! Going home, I saw that I had left out a few pages accidentally! I contacted Sylvie to see if I could bring it back to be added into the booklet, and she said no problem. I went back and the wait was also only a few minutes, and they didn't charge me for adding the pages! Sylvie was lovely through the whole process, very understanding, and focused on customer experience. Thank you for making this process so easy! I will definitely come back!

This business is a blessing to have in Richmond. I often ask for their help whether it's a business…read morecard or a Thank You note etc. Their services range from what my printer can't do at home (print on vellum paper) to poster boards and huge signages. Their prices are quite reasonable too. The Vietnamese owner (I believe he is the owner) is very accommodating. He always makes me feel that everything can be done. However, there is another associate, Kelvin, who is just the opposite. He rushes through the designing process. He is quite impatient. We designed a poster board together and I felt rushed choosing the font I like. We finally decided on it and when I picked it up, it was a totally different one. I guess this job is quite small compared to their business services and he's not giving it the attention every customer wants. I'd still give them 4-stars just because the owner is very nice. He explains what can be done and how it's done.
