Their service could be better. Much better because I came in wanting to print a funeral program. And the guy asked for my USB which I gave him. And he didn't even ask me to come over to the computer with him. He just looked at me as if I didn't know what to do (which I didn't cause he never said anything to me). The staff could definitely be friendlier. The service there felt cold. Perhaps it was because it's a Saturday morning. But still. You're at work. And if you're at work. You gotta be prepared to give the best type of service you can offer and give when you're at work. I would still recommend this company if you needed something to print. But like everything else. If they don't improve. Time to move on cause there are companies that do take their service seriously.

Prepaid label with overnight shipping ready to be dropped off. The young staff lady at the counter accepted it and I was out in 2 minutes. She was already in the middle of helping another customer filling out paperwork for his packages but helped me out as well. She immediately offered a receipt to confirm my parcel was shipped out at the time. Fortunately, my parcel was safely delivered to Fedex on time since I made it before their 3pm pick up time. The day after my Fedex overnight delivery parcel was sent, I checked the tracking status online and it was already in Ontario. As a frequent skytrain transit user, I like the location since it is conveniently located a block away from Oakridge-41st skytrain station. I will definitely come back if I ever have a Fedex package that needs to be dropped off. Really have nothing bad to say about this place. 5 stars.
