No. Just... no. I'm…read moreso so so very disappointed that this was SUCH an underwhelming experience. I needed to print and scan a few files from work and though this dual wield laptop savvy lady has tech out the wazoo... for some reason i've never gotten around to buying a printer. The job was simple - two 8''x11'' pages. No funny business. I needed to print, fill out a few details, & then scan for email purposes. I usually hit the FedEx on Broadway when stuff like this comes up but it was such a simple task that I didn't care to put in the drive time. Getting my morning mocha, I noticed Quality Printing right across the street. A printers a stones throw from the house? Why it must be my lucky day. ... First off, I went with laptop in tow but they couldn't connect my Mac to anything they had in store. Grumble. I had a USB drive on hand with the file queued just in case - nope, not having it. Instead, I was asked to use their computer. I logged in, opened my email, viewed the file and went to print. Nope - had to download it I was told (this particular file has some sensitive information). So I downloaded it, but then was not shown how to erase the file afterwards (i'm not PC savvy). I was informed it would be erased... but not shown that it was. And little did I know, I was getting charged for use of the computer the entire time. Now, usually this wouldn't bother me but as I came with not one, but TWO options to retrieve my file, I was a bit miffed. The whole ordeal ran me about $4 to print - which isn't anything to weep over but when you think that it was a mere two pieces of paper - that's $2 a copy. WHEW. The scanning side was significantly less painful but i'm still seeing scary red flag regarding that downloaded form. I don't usually commit to a low rating until after a few visits but based on how uncomfortable I felt and how few and far between I use a printer - i'll break my rule for this occasion. I'm not saying I wont be back - laziness usually wins over so I might give this place another shot as it's so darn close to the house, but oof - first impressions were completely lacking.

Really cheap for custom printed T-shirts. $15.99 for white shirts, $2 more for colour. Finished product looked great and was done in a couple of hours for 4 shirts. Less one star for limited selection of shirts (all men's sizes, few colours) and printing options and some communication problems at the beginning of the transaction. But it turned out well, so whatever.

I hate the prospect of waiting in line to mail parcels this time of year. It seems like no matter…read morewhat time of the day you do..there is always a huge line that takes forever because inevitably some Grandma is mailing 14 separate parcels to her Grandkids and wants to pick out different stamps for each....true story.. So..I headed off to Print Express this morning, parcels in hand, and even a coffee and some snacks for what I was expecting to be a long wait. Much to my delight as I entered the shop, there were only 3 people in line...I was sure there was going to be some catch..like all 3 had 27 parcels and letters to different part of the world with special mailing instructions..but shockingly I was wrong...I was up to the counter in under a minute. There were 3 people processing the parcels..one weighed and measured while another asked you all the delivery info..you know..6 day?express?insurance?..then the third took the parcel to the back....it was the most efficient postal team EVER..and they were even nice..no rude bitchy remarks about sending it express or they won't be responsible for it not being there before Christmas..just good ole fashion pleasant and efficient service...YAY!! My least favorite part of the holiday season done..and without a hitch!
