He removed something and made unusable. Told me I need a new faucet ad I should order one. I asked him to put it back the way it was so I could at least use the sink but he said he couldn't. I asked him to check my tankless water heater he stared at it like a deer in headlights. When the parts came in that he told me to purchase, I called him to install... no response I then text him and emailed him and he never got back to me. I think he is very lazy. He is unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend him for any plumbing jobs.

Absolutely avoid if you want an honest assessment or technician willing to work. I confirmed in advance that we wanted our sewer line cleaned to comply with our inspection during our home sale. The technician came out and said he was going to scope it first, not the service we asked for, and then told my husband repeatedly it didn't need to be cleaned. I later got an email with a recommendation for a cleaning at $1400 and a bill for $154 for scoping the line. I already have an appointment to have the line scoped after the cleaning tomorrow by the original company who scoped it. Never asked for a scope, asked for a cleaning. I've attached the communication that they could do the cleaning while in site. Really challenging when the technician said no cleaning necessary, no repairs necessary and then sends an estimate for recommended cleaning and repair. Moving on to the next company who can maybe do the work we hire for and not waste hours of our time and now days.

They've all helped me in various ways, the past few years, during both emergencies and routine maintenance. It all started in Labor Day 2021, when I had just flown here from Arlington, VA (Washington, DC), to "hug my dad for surviving COVID," as he returned home from the hospital after starting at the VA, then being at a private hospital for 5-weeks, and he was scheduled to be discharged Labor Day weekend, just as his basement sewage plumbing backed up! I was so overwhelmed. I called 1.800 Water Mitigation, to remove all the HAZMAT, then get going on the dehumidifiers, fans, and worked with USAA to re-build the entire basement thereafter, and for the stopped-up toilet, I called Hyper Flow. James helped me snake the basement toilet, and begin to explain all of home plumbing to me. That was 4-years ago. Then I began hiring Hyper Flow to slowly rebuild two upstairs toilets that my dad had perhaps not maintained as well as ideal (he was on fixed income, after all, so no judgment), as well as the two upstairs bathroom sinks, then ultimately I hired them to replace the Kitchen Sink Faucet (James did this work, as Brian was the manager, who helped me assess the problem and do the estimate). James also helped me get my Water Heater (that a different company installed, that was no up-to-code) up to code, per the retroactive Home Inspection, and James helped me install a mainline water shutoff. My house is finally in ship-shape - on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC - all thanks to Kyle, the owner of Hyper Flow. Highly recommend! FYI, they've also jetted my lateral sewage line pipes - twice - and I will be hiring them for the excavation of the line that connects to my HOA main sewage line, before it connects to the City of Denver, once that time comes. When you have a busted head and water is shooting everywhere, you want someone there yesterday, not next Tuesday. The price was reasonable, though, I'll give them that. The technician knew what he was doing and got the head fixed pretty quickly once he arrived. What I appreciated was that he also took the time to adjust my Rachio controller settings without me even asking. That was a nice touch since most irrigation guys fix the immediate problem and bolt. The work itself was solid - no complaints there. The new head is working perfectly and hasn't given me any issues since. It's just that initial response time that knocked them down from what could've been a 4-star experience. Would I call them again? Probably, but I'd plan next time instead of treating it like an emergency. If you're not in a rush and want decent work at a fair price, they'll get the job done.

Others have quoted over the phone $250-$450 (but they can't get to it until late next week at the earliest). The water heater itself would be $1500 to replace! There is no way this job was even 1/3 of $1400! He also said he DOES NOT do diagnostic for free; and that is $365 (later put in his estimate $233). So, Plumbline mis-represented that as well -- since I literally have it documented from their rep via text that they will do the diagnostic for free. All of that is highway robbery. They also wasted our workday by coming out 4 hours later than the END of the originally scheduled window of time (they did call to say they are running late). We should bill THEM for that time staying home ALL day on a workday -- instead of the planned half day. WE DO NOT recommend these guys. Seems like they are just another company that hopes folks accept an outrageous estimate because they are already in your home after accepting a $49 or Free estimate. We went with one of the quotes that are WAY LOWER and waited until they were available. Fixed for $250 TOTAL!
