She mentioned that they would need to order the Zen-O 10 Lb unit from another store. On Monday, we visited the store and spoke with Kayla, who assured us that she would place an order for the 10lb Zen-O portable unit. However, when we called two days later to confirm its arrival, Madison informed us that the unit was not ordered correctly. Subsequently, we received a call from someone named Amy, presumably from the Tempe store, inquiring about how she could assist us. We're unsure why Amy contacted us, as it seems their operational structure is disorganized, and their actions lack clarity. Upon arriving on Thursday, we engaged with Madison, albeit with some difficulty due to the distracting presence of a male employee, potentially the manager, who engaged with customers on the phone in a loud and disruptive manner, making it hard for us to hear Kayla. During our conversation, we inquired if the portable unit would come with two batteries to which Madison replied affirmatively. Upon reaching Flagstaff, we discovered that they had failed to provide us with the promised two batteries. On Friday, I made two calls to the Phoenix store during their operational hours and left messages, but received no response. The following day, Saturday, when we called again, there was no answer. Overall, our experience with the store proved to be deeply frustrating. Their lack of professionalism, failure to address customer concerns by not returning our calls, and disorganized approach to business in their Phoenix location was profoundly disappointing. As a result of their ineffective communication among employees, coupled with their disregard for returning calls, I cannot recommend their services. We have decided to purchase the $3000 unit from an alternative location once we return the loaner unit. It is disheartening to observe such chaos and a lack of empathy towards their customers from a business standpoint. It is evident that their focus on customer satisfaction is severely lacking. read more

I ordered a mobility scooter from SpinLife which uses Valley Medical as technical support to assemble the scooter in my home. They usually fill SpinLife requests on Wednesday. I needed the scooter by Monday June 10 so I ordered it the last week of May since they advertise usually deliver in 1 - 2 days and Valley Medical Tech setup set Wednesday June 5. Through a series of problems SpinLife was unable to deliver the scooter I ordered to me in my time frame. During this time Valley Medical support worked with me and arranged that if the scooter was delivered by Friday June 7 they would come to my house on Friday to set up my scooter. SpinLife bent over backward and got a different scooter that met all my needs. at no extra cost, to me on Friday. The Valley Medical tech, Jesse, was at my home an hour after delivery and did an outstanding job of setting up the scooter, reviewing its operation, and made sure I was good with it. If not for the combined efforts of Valley Medical and SpinLife I would have been stranded in my home with no way go out to do the things I needed to do for 2 weeks. Kudos to everyone. read more

Above and Beyond Customer Service! My first time at 2019 Phoenix Fan Fusion Comic Con and I was overwhelmed and unprepared for the size of the event! I can honestly say the true life SUPER HEROES work at Valley Medical Supply. While many attendees dressed in Cosplay, Irene Garcia [dressed as Tomb Raider] is my true HERO! Valley Medical Supply was there to provide wheelchair rentals and assistance for ADA individuals. From beginning to the end the employees provided friendly and professional customer service. Irene, (Employee of the Year in My Book) went above and beyond to escort me and my son back to the exit before returning the rental wheelchair. It took us a little longer than expected due some mishap circumstances we experienced during the transition but Irene demonstrated compassion and understanding to help us. Much thanks to the team there and "Awesome Bob" the repair technician supporting electronic mobility chairs and scooters. We were kind of desperate to get help with a reconditioned chair that was to be a gift for my ailing mother. At the last minute, it completely failed to work! We called Valley Medical Supplies and were kindly greeted, then quickly referred to "Awesome Bob" per above. After a few minutes of speaking with Bob he had explained things I didn't think to check regarding the operation of the chair and it was working flawlessly again not long after. Valley Medical Supplies bent over backwards to accommodate my situation and at the last minute they delivered a large hospital bed which required two people to deliver it. They may not be able to take care of all last minute requests all of the time, but they worked hard to handle my situation. All employees, from the customer service reps who worked with me throughout the day, to the guys who promptly delivered and picked up the furniture, displayed a high level of professionalism but most importantly, were genuinely kind and considerate. Unfortunately, I forget the names of all involved except for the two gentleman who picked up the bed, Brandon Allen and Omar, but ALL involved were exceptional! read more

A few weeks ago we left home without the ported oxygen connector for a BiPAP mask. One supply company sent us to Valley Medical but it is not a regularly stocked item. The two clerks (I failed to get their names) spent at least twenty minutes calling and searching on the computer for a local supplier. They found one, called to make sure one was in stock, and provided a note with the name, address, and phone number. Thank you for your prompt service and easy set up. We were visiting and staying in a air B and B, and my husband needed a hospital type bed ( due to a back injury at work).... I was easily coordinated and a bed delivered, set up and a little extra help from a wonderful, polite young man named Noel. He was so kind and supportive!!!! Although it took a little longer than expected to have our loaner delivered, our custom built chair was delivered ahead of schedule. A small defect in the chair was immediately addressed. Lots of good reviews and positive comments about Kelly, and I can see why! I went in there yesterday to look at scooters, and I didn't know a thing about them. Kelly spent a considerable amount of time educating us about scooters, even though the store and phones were busy. Now we have the basics, so we can do further research before returning to purchase a scooter.
