    Ugly nails

Absolutely ugly nails. Expensive and ugly nails I told the wolf I had a problem and he walked away and just charged me and I payed but argued about it because it was unacceptable they are horrendous DON'T EVER GO THERE!!!! Very rude and don't offer any drinks nothing go to a place that deserves your money and has the time for you and aren't disrespectful

Anna is the best been going to her for 15 years , you want gorgeous nails and pedicure she is your girl, every where I go I get compliments on my nails . Several girls I work with go to her now, my nails never chip or break , go see Anna and tell her Sharon sent you .

I'd like to give this place 5 stars for the great pedicure I received from Lucy. However, my shellac manicure was really disappointing. This was my first time with shellac and I told the techs that it was really important to me that my nails look nice as I just got engaged last night and am going to be showing my ring to all my friends and family when we get back to NY in a few days. That's why I chose the shellac, because its supposed to last 2 weeks or so. When my fingernails were wet, they looked great. However, I had lumps and bumps and bubbles in the shellac when it dried. I showed this to Ann, the tech who did the manicure and she fixed some of the bumps by filing over the shellac and applying more topcoat. However, there are still bumps on my ring finger and most of my nails have no shine at all from the topcoat while a few are shiny. I could not tell that most of the nails were dull when I left the salon because Ann had rubbed oil all over my cuticles and nails and they looked slick and shiny. An hour and one hand washing later and half my nails are dull and I don't know how to fix them. So for a $53 mani/pedi plus $10 tip, I feel ripped off and upset on what should be the happiest vacation of my life. :(

i've been a customer for over a year now, i didn't have problems until recently. i get acrylic on my two big toes and they break 3-7 days after i get them done. i came back this afternoon to get it fixed (3rd visit in ONE WEEK) the woman who works at the front right table tells me "you dance that's why it breaks come back later." first off, it doesn't matter what i do because this has barely became an issue after over a year. when i tell her this has been barely happening recently (my last two toe sets) she interrupted me saying "okay come back later) it was so rude and by her tone she was not sorry. i have given them hundreds of dollars over the year and a half i've been going. the way i was spoken to was so wrong and disrespectful.

My mom and I have been coming to Coppell nails for as long as I can remember. My mom has been going longer than me. Na and her staff always does a wonderful job with doing nails and their prices are amazing for the area. The facility is clean and it's always a great and relaxing time.

At first was kinda of hesitant about the pedi I received. I asked for the gel spa pedi. I think the girl forgot what I asked for bc until she saw her coworker doing the things she should've done originally. Needless to say had she not remembered my review would've been a 3 or so. At first her massage was equivalent to me just putting lotion on. No real rubbing or massage. However, after my toes were painted she decided to bring out the hot towels and really massage the legs and feet. Now that foot massage was WAAAYYYYYYY better. In fact my foot had been killing me (I'm on my feet like 10-12 hours a day) so that's why I really wanted a gooood pedi. She really got into the muscles and massaged deep. I'll definitely try it again just to see if it's the same service or better. No one offered water or anything. Not sure if they serve alcohol/wine. It's a little pricey for the service you receive, but it could've honestly been a one off situation since it was later in the day! Hey but they don't close until 8 so that's a plus

Melissa took care of me, I am SO satisfied with my nails and the experience at Coppell Nails! Thank you!

James did an excellent job. He took his time using the brush technique vs the dip technique.

The quality of nails at this place is horrendous. They are not friendly, especially the lady that sits in the front on the right by the wall of nail polish. I came in for ombre nails and they tried to argue with me saying I had to have my nails really long for the style, which is not true. I'm 7 months pregnant and moving into my new home this weekend and didnt want super long nails. The guy that sits in front on the left did a horrible job on the ombre. He didn't blend the two colors well, therefore the ombre appearance doesn't look right. He also put too much powder on the bed on my nails and now they're super bulky, even after he filed and grinded them. My nail bed looks really wide and it looks terrible. I wish I could upload a picture on the Google review. Got my eyebrows waxed as well and she didn't do what I asked and left a lot of hair that I had to pluck myself when I left.

What a great place! I needed a place in between my sister and I and that was open after 7pm when I get off work. Great place! Friendly staff. I came in for the dip powder nails and they have a ton of color recommendations. I'll be back!

The man burned my nail EVERY single time he cured the gel... even after seeing it hurt I had to forcefully pull my hand away. The gel is also laid way too thin in areas to where it is bending. The moment I walked in I specifically asked if someone was skilled with builder gel and able to do a thicker layer because I've had this same incident before and got told "my people are good".... Boy was that a lie. Seems like I got handed off to just anyone and he didn't even smile, greet himself or try to be nice. This nail tech also argued that the nails were already thick before finally adding another layer and was irritated. The next day the nails did exactly what I said they would do, BREAK. They proceeded to try to force me to pay for the service with zero understanding or discount when the nail tech lied and said I didn't want to pay the price (I changed the nail design when given a price) he then handed me off to someone and went home. The woman he handed me off to was already working on a client and I had been there 2 hours as my sister's nails were done and my pedicure was done. Another customer paid for my nails because I was so adamant on some type of resolution that worked for me too but I'm even disappointed they let her do it. All they care about is money, not good quality service. They'll act nice and compliment you but it's strictly for money and it is obvious. I go for more of a GENUINE vibe when I want services that are supposed to relax me. 0/5 star review and I am an esthetician.
