Don't get your plates here when you buy a vehicle...... it took well over 3 months to get this right.... I had to fight like I was pulling teeth to get the plate I ordered and paid for..... the paper trail of errors was well tracked and Repocast went above & beyond to rectify such a blunder. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future, there are great deals to be had here....... however...... I will deal with the secretary of state personally and get my own plates and registration. A big thanks to the entire staff at Repocast for thier efforts in correcting someone else's errors. I worked with Ron and Justin on the sales team. They were flexible and interested in helping me problem solve. I found them to be very patient and honest. I had a list of possibly more than 20 vehicles to look at in their lot, and they helped me narrow it down to the best three or four out of the bunch. The best three or four cars we narrowed it down to were not even the highest priced vehicles in the list. Ron was very friendly and fun to work with, and Justin was very informative on the mechanical aspects of the vehicles. They were very open about the condition of the vehicles when donated to them and what work their mechanics completed on the vehicles. They were also very flexible about allowing me to take a car to be seen by my mechanic. I can tell that Ron and Justin really enjoy what they do and want their customers to have fun while looking for a car as well. It was fun walking through their lot to see all of the different options. They had a large selection with a nice variety to choose from. They had varying price ranges to accommodate customers with different needs or desires. The cars were all nicely cleaned and parked neatly throughout their lot. They now offer financing and have multiple options for financing. I really had a blast working with them and might even go back just to say hi or bring them some donuts!

I had used my old car as a trade-in, and the registration was still in it, and it was parked somewhere in the mess of a lot they have, and I didn't know where it was parked. The salesman had left around 5:30 while Katherine was with another customer, who had also been there for hours. The other customers and I exchanged words about how poorly this place was run, and they had told me of how they had the run-around for days as well. They finally got to me at 7:00. I had been waiting 2 hours by that point and was very miffed. Supposedly Katherine was the only employee who could service people, and she then asked for my registration, which was in the old car. I told her this, and she went to call Secretary of State to verify the info (also, she didn't know when sec of state closes, something that someone who sells cars should probably know), which it was on the title application I had in my hand. She chastised me for being rude to her, but after waiting 2 1/2 hours anyone would have been upset. She then asked me about insurance, which I had faxed that info at 4:00. She then disappeared with my check for 25 minutes. Then, some greasey dude comes over and starts yelling at me, and I tell him that this is the worst customer service I ever experienced, and he walks away and gets on his phone. He comes back, then hands me my check and tells me the boss said to go away. Come back tomorrow. The girl was being a stupid baby and wouldn't come out to sell me this car! My mind was blown. I had to call the owner of the 'dealership' and tell him to sell me this car. If I hadn't already invested 12 HOURS over 2 DAYS on that horrible office, and didn't have to get to work the next morning, I would have walked out. I wish I would have, but at that point there was no way I was leaving without a car. They still had my old car! Bottom line, this place is SUPER SHADY. Don't waste your time or money here! There is much more to this story, such as the salesman calling me after hours to 'chat' (super creepy, 3 days in a row after 9pm) and a cleaning lady slopping soapy water all over the floor while an elderly man with a cane was hobbling around the office, mopping literally right around our feet. The whole experience was a nightmare. STAY AWAY!!
