Tow truck driver backed into the front of my Truck, Smashed the bumper in at the top of the bumper. Called the dispatch as soon as I realized that's what they did, and was told to call them on Monday and ask for a manager. Manager tells us, "your truck was all ready so rusty...all we will do is if you want, bring it to us and we will pull the dent out for you" Seriously??? My car was broken down .5 miles from Complete Towing. I called and they told me it would be 20 minutes - Perfect !! I waited 45 minutes before calling them back and was told the truck was rerouted to an accident. But it shouldn't be much longer. I waited another 45 minutes before I called back again asking if I had been forgotten. When she tried the call the truck, the driver didn't answer. So I had to cancel my pick up and had to call another tow service to come get me after wasting almost 2 hours sitting in a lovely part of Flint, waiting for a truck that was .5 miles away. read more

My brother was in an accident last Friday, and his vehicle was towed to their yard. When he showed up to collect his belongings today, the necklace that is a urn with my grandmother's ashes in it, and the battery were both missing from the vehicle. Owner claims nobody took anything. Disgusting to say the least. Honesty goes a long way, and these people were not. I'll never do business with them again. read more

I had to get a tow and looked around online to see if there were any good reviews to help choose a company. There was one review on Google for this place and it was good so I just went with them. The phone call was quick and easy, no hassles there. The tow driver was very nice. The price was average for a tow. $50 hookup and $2.50 per mile outside of Flint. The only thing that could've made the experience better was the wait time. It took 2 hours but I'm not counting that against them because the roads were so bad today due to the unrelenting snow so they were very busy. read more

Semi truck towing and recovery** These guys are AWESOME! I drive a team Rig and when I got to the Baja acres MX track it was dark and my lack of experience put my trailer in a 6ft ditch pulling into the track! Trailer was fully loaded (up top) with all of our race bikes and looked as if she was going to roll any minute! Complete towing showed up quick in a state of the art rig and the operator had a vast amount of knowledge. Got us out of the ditch with no damage at all!!
